[close] I have read all the books in this series and I am currently reading this. The way Derek Landy writes his books are amazing. The themes of this book is crime, mystery. This book I am currently reading is really amazing and fascinating. The main characters are Valkyrie Cain and Skulduggery Pleasant. Valkyrie Cain aka Stephanie is a normal girl in book 1. Until her uncle dies and her life is in danger and she sees a skeleton with magic powers. She develops power herself and her life changes drastically.
