Lighthouse Library Hard Reads Book Club
This book club runs for two months at a time and focuses on books that have different kinds of difficulty.
Calendar:
Jan-Feb: Hard Sci-fi (Hard sci-fi has an emphasis on scientific accuracy. Examples would include books like Dune, The Foundation Series, Leviathan Wakes, Project Hail Mary, etc.)
March-April: Non-fiction (For thick, dense, or highly focused non-fiction you could use as a doorstop. Examples would include things like The Power Broker by Robert Caro.)
May-June: Hard Fantasy (Hard fantasy ...more
