Marijuana, Cocaine, Meth, and all other drugs have been destroyed, they are all gone, all should be safe.
But, the dealers have lost everything, a home, job, money, and are desperate, and have decided to make something secret.
So together dealers forced scientists to work with them, and they created a new hallucinogen: Ash.
At first, Ash is simply a drug that becomes popular among some people who use it to cope and escape reality.
