As for that theory, I think it's unlikely. Very unlikely. Prim was chosen by chance. And why didn't they just pull Katniss' name if they wanted her in the games?

I really enjoyed it, and liked Ismae a lot. I was hoping for a little more action, but the court intrigue and conspiracies was fascinating.
