Finished: A Magical Match by Juliet Blackwell
Progress: Les Miserables
Progress: Women Who Run with a Wolves
Progress: Like Water for Chocolate
Time: 6 hours

Sorry everyone! I forgot to post the time tracking thread. Post your progress here. How is everyone doing with reading or otherwise? I’m starting now.

My goals are to finish Like Water for Chocolate and A Magical Match.

June readathon is set for June 26 - 28.
What are your goals?

How is everyone doing on day two?

This thread is for tracking your readathon. Good luck!

Yeah the font of a book really can affect your experience with the story.

Good luck! I’ve read the first three books.

The readathon is approaching. It is set for May 29 thru 31. What are your goals this month?

Good luck! I can’t wait to see what everyone is reading.

Welcome to the group Eliza!

Everyone has some great goals. For me, depending on what I get done now, I would like to get caught up on my Les Mis buddy read. I need to be done with volume II by the end of the month.

The April readathon will take place April 24 thru April 26.

Great to have you with us Ash!

I am still working on it. I have not posted my tracked time yet.

For anyone interested we will be extending the readathon through April 3. I’ll be continuing on and working on finishing up some lingering books I’ve started.

As far as news goes, there are a few sites I visit if I need to know something. I don’t worry about the news I can’t control. I haven’t watched TV news or cable news in about 19 years. After 9/12 I decided enough was enough (or too much). I only trust a few sites to report mostly true news and facts.
How is everyone’s reading coming along? I’m 2.5 hours into it. I’m still plowing through On Earth We Are Briefly Gorgeous (which I’m not liking too much) and I started listening to Happier Now by Nataly Kogan.

I do not watch the news. Not on TV and not on the internet.

We all have those moments in our lives where reading may need a break. It’s okay.
Tips:
Just take a break - sometimes we need it
Try to read something short and fun like a children’s book
Maybe try a book from a different genre or format
Or pick up an old favorite
