Unstable angina
If you have unstable angina (where symptoms develop unpredictably), you'll need medicines to prevent blood clots and reduce your risk of having a heart attack or stroke.

You may be given:

low-dose aspirin
clopidogrel
an injection of a blood-thinning medicine soon after you're diagnosed

Ok I submitted that and "Almost, you are on the right track"

With his weight he's more at risk of diabetes. Do you think she swapped his insulin then when he went to bed after dinner he injected himself but with the poison?

She made some clothes for him as she's a seamstress and in the clothes the needle might have been hidden and pierced his body.

There was six holes (the dead bolts). She could have used her needle skills to previously remove two of the six deadbolts which left the holes in the door. She used the two holes to rig the system to put the deadbolt back in after she did the murder.

She could also have made herself a nurses outfit for a disguise so that she could steal the drugs when visiting her father at the hospital.

The two brothers made it clear they hated each other whereas she appeared conciliatory which made her suspicious. (hide spoiler)]

“I wasn’t surprised that he’d have heart problems — he
weighed close to 300 lbs., and there was so much stress in that
family. I mean, his three grown children just fought all night like
little kids. The waiting room was next to the nurse’s station and
they got so loud that we couldn’t stand it. We spent the night
doing rounds instead of hanging out at the desk, just coming back
when a patient needed drugs or something. We’ve got a closet
behind the station where we keep all the drugs for surgery and

Yes but it needs to fit a 2 card to be used and it doesn't match a 2
