Emma, Team - thoughts?"

Agree! And rhythms is a good one, using no vowels.
Can we use all four of those words, or do we have to pick only some?

I suggest we borrow/steal from other teams! Alison over on Mark Watney has done some sterling work, and come up with some options: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/...

I'm impressed too! (Hi from Ty & Zane! *waves*)
Do you mind if we borrow your words - full credit will be given!

Hateful woman, bragging like that! I'm sitting at my desk looking out at the beautiful blue sky - yes, London, blue sky, not rain, in March! wonders never cease. The bit that proves it's real is that this perfect day is happening on a weekday, not weekend!

Seriously - continue to have a great day :) and I guess you need that caffeine infusion after such an early start this morning

I don't know if it matters, but Arrowood has AUTHOR nor character Finlay - you might want to correct the sheet?

88432 re scrabble words, that makes sense. I'm also playing crossword game in AMMP Game Night, and we need LOTS of Es there (20 of the blighters!) so I'll certainly be on the hunt for E titles.

Melissa wrote: "From what I understand 5 different people have to read for Part 1. They can read the same or different authors but only 1 per person."

ahh... no, Scenario One covers for one team member (Mary) reading two books, my take on it is OK: one member can read multiple books for part 1, provided they are not duplicating themselves.

88432 Camilla wrote: "I think we need to have some kind of strategy or volunteers for Part 1, as there are five books to read and all need to be read by a different team member."

Oh! I hadn't read it that way! I'd read it that one reader can't duplicate in that part (i.e. I couldn't read the Harry Potter series to cover off all 5 of part 1), but that wouldn't stop me reading a Harry Potter, an Agatha Christie, an Austen, a Jim Butcher and a Neil Gaiman if I wanted (extreme example, and I am in no way volunteering to do that!)

Melissa.... we have a new question:
can one reader read multiple different authors for Part 1?

88432 @Camilla - I've listed out some of the (English) common names in the books on the March mini tab which might help you, rather than having to note all of the characters you come across!

88432 I did, and I did enjoy book 4, but, like I say, was a bit burned out to turn to #5.

Incentive for you to read Iced: will Rowena be in it (Rowena being a character name we need to hunt down)
or I could promise to start #5 when you start Iced ;-P

88432 and maybe I willllllllll!

I read the first four on hols, and it was just getting a bit jarring, the darkness of Dublin v being in fierce sun (I was hiding under trees, but you get the idea). Cognitive dissonance won out!

But maybe now's right to pick it up again....
