Hi Karen,
I 'm working one the Swedish task; I will have the book finished before the end of the month.
Yucky, migraines are not fun; glad to hear you are starting to feel better. ( My dad and SIL both get them)

88432 Hi , just checking in. It's been an unusual week for me and my son came home for the long weekend. I'll ask for the clue next week when I have more time. I did finish a book but won't be able to post it until tomorrow!
Happy weekend everyone!

88432 I believe Jimmy and Lena was my favorite of the series too; though I loved them all.
Did you read her other series Dirty Bar? I also liked that! Have you tried Kristen Proby? She has a few series; I really like her Fusion series.

Your comment about reading the Anita Blake series gave me an excellent idea for a team icebreaker/get to know you question!! ( I'm going to have to remember this one for next time I captain!)

Which series have you been reading the longest?
I started reading Robb's In Death series in high school...lol 20 years ( okay 20 years+) I'm still with it!

Foresty is a major industry in Canada; we are a major exporter to the US.
I think he is looking at becoming a Lands & Forest officer working with the Department of Lands and Forests - which would end up being a government job. ( definitely not a GIS and geomatics specialist. --- He really dislikes that class) His course is a 2 year diploma with an option of an advanced diploma. He wants to do the advanced diploma and then wants to take a security course which would allow him to enforce rather than just be a technician. His summer job is taking him to Northern Saskatchewan with one of the biggest Forestry employers ( Weyerhaeuser) so his plans may change depending on how much he likes that.
https://www.weyerhaeuser.com/timberla...

possibilities for jobs are endless: foresters and forest technicians / technologists, forest engineers, forest and land-use planners,
senior forest industry managers, biologists, ecologists, watershed managers, GIS and geomatics specialists, academics and researchers, forest health specialists and silviculture surveyors,
forest protection officers and forest firefighters, urban foresters and arborists, production superintendents and operation planners, millwrights and maintenance engineers, timber cruisers and compassmen/women, block layout and road surveyors, tree planters and silviculture workers, summer positions for forestry students, forest economists and marketing specialists, natural resource policy analysts and so many more!

LOL.... I guess I did. I do love my series.
#10 was good. Edward is one of my favorite characters. My recommendation ... don't be in a rush to get to the next two you have on your shelf! Hamilton spends too much time on descriptions ( clothing) and then repeating herself through out the later books. Its annoying!

And I have to say.... the Stage Dive series was great! Nice choice to read for UNO!

88432 Yesterday we went and watched my son participate in a woodman's competition all day. It was really cool. He is away at college so it was nice to see him ( we haven't seen him since New Year's day) He is at a forestry college so joining the woodsman club is right up his alley!
