Xander smiles then, which he doesnot often do anyway but this time the smile is something he has never given anyone else in his entire life. Xander smiles at this girl like she has answered the most important question ever asked correctly. Xander's night blue eyes flash with silver, his piercing reflecting off the moon. Xander knows from that moment that this achingly beautiful but damaged girl is special, he isn't sure if she's special for everyone or just for him, but either way it is true. Xander's intense look fixes on her's as he says "I always liked the sky better when it's grey. Most people like it clear blue, but a grey sky is so much more true to life, mixed with bits of white and black, i like painting the grey sky more too. It's like the sky is trying to keep secrets, everyone and everything has secrets, even the sky".

Some local college boys ahve ust come back from the bar, they are stummbling and swearing their way acros the beach, most of them way past tipsy. They come across Bree and that very much the entertainment sorted for the evening.

Xander flinches and Damien frowns at the response, Xander hardly ever shows outward emotion, mostly it's just sarcasm and anger. Xander says "Leave it princess. leave it."

Cas looks back at him, showing vunerbility in her eyes for only a second before closing herself off again "In what way?" she says.

Xander turns to look at Kylie, a bit hurt that she would take his side, "Don't you start princess...." Xander shakes his head, with them both lookig at him in that way, as if they are dissapointed, it's too much.

Right after Jack storms out Cas shakes her head and rubs her arm lightly, a stupid bruise already forming. She gives Ioan a half heated smile and goes back behind the counter.

(You can, because you know what your character can and can't handle x)

Damien says "Xan, just for once don't fuck up, it's not that difficult, although you make it seem that way". Damien is so tired of everything and just wants to go lie down. Xander's defiant look doesn't leave his face, but he says "Just leave it brother, I don’t do anything I don’t WANT to do. And I DON’T want to see our aunt, so I WON’T. Get it”.

(Well either you'e got trouble with some boys bothering you, or an ex or whatever you like, or mine has trouble with some old friends from the bad old days)

Cas is about to answer from her spot rubbing down tables when Jack comes out from the back and heads straight for Cas. Jack looks down at Cas and she meets his gaze defiantly, Jack's eyes are full of rage and it makes Cas want to flinch, but she doesn't. Cas crosses her arms, Jack looks down at her chest for a moment before looking back up into her face shaking his head, he knows she does it on purpose to piss him off. Jack takes her arm, hard enough to bruise but Cas doesn't change her expression depite the pain, "I'm going out, try not to fuckng burn the place down Cas, and for fuck sake put some clothes on". Cas merely glares at him.

Xander still doesn't look at her but his gaze sofens slightly and he smirks at her words. Damien shakes his head in exasperation, he then takes a deep breath and says calmly "You have issues, and I respect that Xan-
“I don’t”
“That’s because you think you don’t have any”
“See previous answer”
“Arrogant bastard” says Damien under his breath, having had enough of all this.
“I have a healthy understanding of my own self-worth” says Xander with a smirk.
“Yeah, Well I think it’s time for a half price sale” says Damien with an eye roll, they both smile at that.

(He could be out writing, or out for a run and they just bump into each other, your character can be doing what you want. Either that r if you want to go down some sort of saviour route, there could be trouble for one of them and the other helps out)

Cas returns his grin and says "You think too good of me irish boy, but i won't hurt you....actually i take that back, don't want to be making promises i can't keep", she winks at him and starts to sort out some of the glasses, collecting them off tables.
