Arley, you would make a good hero... letting your enthusiasm overwhelm your perception. Funny.

Enjoyable. Notable too, given that most of us in the USA are saturated with English (and foreign S&S often limited to the UK). Nice to learn how this series continues in written form as well as the games platforms.
I thank the group for leading me to this series.

Charles, Looking forward to your story. Congrats!
Arley, Yep, there is a short thread on this one already in the Kickstarter Folder:

Thanks to the posts here, I'll likely order Sword if Destiny before I finish it.
Yet another Groupread that introduced me to another author I should've known as a Sword n Sorcery junkie.

Cover by Famous illustrator Brian Froud, who teamed with Jim Hensen to make the original movie.

Here was the first from Jan 2013

Funniest moment: When Michael must have been pocket-dialing/texting and the messages came across like a Lovecraftian haunt: "xuygutybvghygytyvyth-v-y-uf-g-gyjgyy". Some of the thread was deleted...but not all...

Best Timing: If I say so myself....after Mary and Joseph responded quickly to a question and I responded "Sweet May and Joseph"

Best Schooling: In the Sword and Mythos groupread, Janet Morris worked me speechless when I tried to help differentiate Lovecraftian Mythos from Classic Mythology...and she kindly reminded me that Medusa fit all the qualifications as I had described for the HPL monsters. That was a healthy/fun debate (which I lost)

Just opened June-14-2016.
"The team at GRIMDARK MAGAZINE want to get fantasy authors into the shoes of their established antagonists and present you with 15+ dark fantasy stories in a beautiful print tome. We've engaged a range of fantasy authors with established worlds including R. Scott Bakker's The Second Apocalypse, Courtney Schafer's Shattered Sigil, Adrian Tchaikovsky's Shadows of the Apt, Teresa Frohock's Los Nefilim, Jeff Salyards' Bloodsounder's Arc, and many more.
Wrapped in Tommy Arnold's beautiful cover art, designed by crowd favourite Shawn King, and with a stretch goal to fill it with Jason Deem's interior art, Evil is a Matter of Perspective will be an eye-catching addition to your shelf once you're done seeing the world through evil's eyes."

Movie is kicking butt in China ... But nit so hot in the US. I'd like sequel personally.

From the website:
THE STORY
The Mythica series follows the adventures of Marek, a wizard born with the dark power of necromancy, as she learns to harness the power that threatens to corrupt her. She recruits a team of adventurers to battle Szorlok, the legendary Necromancer, and thwart his goal of uniting the four shards of the Darkspore to unleash an undead plague on the land.
The Godslayer
As the Lich King's zombie legions ravage the world, a cursed young sorceress (Marek) embarks on a quest to obtain a weapon from the gods, with her friend Dagen, a self-serving half-elf rogue. But when she joins her sworn enemy in a desperate attempt to save the world, she must recover the good in herself before her friends are all dead, and defeat the Lich King before the gods are destroyed and the world forever enslaved.
ABOUT MYTHICA
Mythica is the most ambitious indie fantasy project ever undertaken. We shot three feature films, back-to-back, from October 2013 to March 2014, and have now just finished up production on Mythica 4 and 5, thanks to the generous backing of our community of fans.
Mythica 1: A Quest for Heroes, Mythica 2: The Darkspore and Mythica 3: The Necromancer have been completed and all rewards have been shipped to our wonderful Kickstarter Backers. Mythica 4: The Iron Crown digital rewards have been delivered, and physical rewards are currently being manufactured.
And now, we're super excited to share Mythica 5: The Godslayer - the final, and definitely the most epic Mythica film yet!
