If you have not contacted your eight people yet (4 above and 4 below) please follow these instructions:

Contact the people whose books you are to read (the 4 people below you) via private message, and give them your email.
Everyone should be able to send and receive PDFs. Some people might also have Mobi or Epub, but that is not required.

Also, contact the people who will be reading your books. (The 4 people above you.) Let them know if you happen to have Mobis, Epubs, and PDFs. If you have all three, ask which one they prefer, and ask for their email so you can send a copy of your book.

If you have contacted your people already 8 people already, or if you/they have commented that they will buy or read your book on KU, then you are set!

If you have not contacted them, or have not responded to someone who has reached out to you, please do so soon.

Please remember the commitment you are making to your fellow group members. If you pull out after the start date for any reason it is the other members who will be faced with the problem of finding a replacement, or missing out on reads/reviews, through no fault of their own. Please don’t ask the moderators to chase after replacements as we just don’t have the time.

It is the responsibility of the author to get their book to their readers in a timely manner. Everyone must be able to provide and accept PDF files. You may buy or borrow the books you are due to read if you wish, and I’m sure the author will appreciate the verified review, but IT IS NOT COMPULSORY. There are no set dates for the start of each round. You can each work at your own pace, within the limits of the round deadlines.

All reviews must be posted to GR. We also encourage members to post on Amazon. When you have posted your reviews, please post the links to each of your reviews, not the book page in this thread.
The mod of each round will record whether members have posted reviews on Amazon and for the good of all, members who persistently fail to post reviews or DNF reviews to Amazon, will find mods less than willing to add them to subsequent groups.

Postings to other sites are by agreement by both author and reviewer.

If I’ve missed something that results in you being asked to review someone who has already reviewed you, please let me know asap.

To exchange book files, my advice is to use PM to give email addresses to each other (save the chance of spammers getting your addies from this open forum).

Setting up and modding these rounds is a labour of love, with a lot of emphasis on the ‘labour’. If you want to show appreciation for all the hard work we admins put in for the group, you could download one of our books as a ‘thank you’.

Now that we have our 10 people in their spots, I need you to do a couple of things. Even if you've already commented, (and thanks so much if you have) please check again, and comment here.
Please don't rely on memory!
First is to make sure that you have never reviewed the four people above you. (The list wraps, so 10 is above 1.)
To do that, go to your own profile. Under your picture, there are 3 different links.
* Click the middle link that shows how many reviews you've given.
* On the page it takes you to, find the box that says "Search and Add Books". One by one, type the name of each of the four people above you into that box.
*If their names do not come up as having been reviewed by you, you are good.
Second is to make sure that none of the four people below you have ever reviewed you.
To do that, go to each of their profiles.
*Click the middle link under each person's picture.
*Type in your name in the box that says "Search and Add Books".
*If your name does not come up as having ever been reviewed by that person, you are good.

Once you have made those checks and have confirmed that you have not reviewed any of the four people above you, and none of the four people below you have reviewed you, please come back here, and type in "Good to go" or something equivalent to that.

Once all 10 of us have said "Good to go" or equivalent, then we will be ready to start!
