770270 I am reading about the Cold War. Although it was well under way when I was born, I consider it my war, as my parents did WW2. I did not fully appreciate the horror of the Cuban missile crisis, but I did realise how scared many adults were.

It went on for a long time, and now, after a short lull, we are into a "cool war" with Putin's Russia.
