721 Well, I did manage to finished Diary of the Gone Diary of the Gone by Ivan Amberlake after all. It was a very quick read, it just sucked me into it. ★★★★

Haha! Yes Julie. I was a bit cranky yesterday with people at work. I wanted a profile pic to represent that!!

Hi Suzie, no you don't have to read them in order, any order you want to read them in is fine, that's especially good for those books on borrowing timelines.
721 I got another one read:

YA/Paranormal: Subversive Subversive by Rebecca Royce by Rebecca Royce ★★★★

721 Carolyn wrote: "Nice list Lynxie! Looks like Behind the Wattles was your favourite!"

Yep it is so far :) It just had a great mix of styles and genres. I'm a bit surprised how much I enjoyed it.

And given the latest spate of lack-lustre books I'm reading an author I know I'll enjoy right now - I've only read 20 of her books to date :D

Subversive by Rebecca Royce
721 Kathryn wrote: "Thanks, Brenda! And you're doing well too, Lynxie! One more week to squeeze in another genre or 2! Perhaps!"

It is possible, I am reading a YA Paranormal right now... we'll see :D

I agree with Phrynne, I sometimes don't quite get through the challenges I set. Sometimes I do, but it's always about the joy of reading and trying new genres and authors :)

Oh yes! There's just something a bit special when you're the first of your group of friends who's read the book and loved it, then suggested people read it and they love it too. Or being ahead of the masses (I've been the first to review a lot of the books I read!) it's really neat!

I pretty much read anything - I focus on indie authors though, so that's probably why most of you won't have heard of many of the books/authors I'm reading. Some are pretty rubbish, but there's always a hidden gem in there to find too :)
