I was approved for The Mystery Guest but just realised I can't send it to kindle....oops didn't look at that first. Nevermind, I'll have to read on my tablet or phone....

Yeah me too. I read about 1 minute a page - so 60 pages an hour. I know that listening is much slower (I've tried it when I have the kindle and audio by having the sound off and letting a chapter go whilst I read the same chapter and I'm much quicker at reading). But I use audio for times I'm walking.

I did a bit of a google and seems like 1 hour of listening may equate to about 25 pages (this ia a gross generalisation)...so I think it will be way too short. I'll find something else for G. Thanks for your help.

Just a question - is there a page or time limit on books for the challange? I listened to Guard Her with your Life which is good for 'G' but is only 3.5 hours. Is this too short to count?

I finally read another one that fits the challenge - I have been reading a lot but mostly letters I already had .....
Just finished H with by Temperance Dawn. 4 stars!

I was reading their guidelines for acceptance and wonder if it's based on my ratio feedback. They state they take that into account. Before the approved book 1 I would have been at 89.6% (so probably rounded up to 90% as they show no decimal places), whereas once book 1 was added in it moved down to 88%.....that's all I can think of. Should have waited to request until I had read some of the others I've got outstanding as some I'm getting to soon.

Yes that is very annoying! I'm the same and order mine to read in time for publish date, but not always straight away. I've currently got 6 to read!!
I also do ARCs directly for authors so have a lenghty list of ARCs...I always get to them before publish date though.
