Sorry I don't understand what is meant by linking. These books are from my TBR and I thought I had linked as per "add book/author". So for the first book being a male author, starting with A for first name am I unable to use it.. Sorry for any problems

Hi, I hope everyone is having a nice and dry Easter....today around my neck of the woods the rain seems to have left .
Not being much of an expert on Crime Writers apart from Candice Fox and Michael (Robotham )? I did a bit of a search and discovered this author. This would definitely appeal to me.

Sounds like good fun but this month will have to give it a miss.

I had to push through another book I had reserved from the library before starting my first "Easy Challenge". Then there are 2 other monthly reads, crickey as I am a breakfast reader only I will have to get on my skates.

Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes. Another year has rolled over almost 3/4 of a century whaaaa! A new neighbour was enquiring where I came from considering a place like Hervey Bay is a place of imports...I said well I was born in Sydney but as a young woman lived........and.......and....but I then said I really think that was another person because I can't remember being that young!
Finished my current book and about to write a little something on it, if I don't I'll forget the story.

What is beginning to get under my skin is the appearance by quite a few authors where the older female character has dementia. While more females than males may develop dementia, there are so many other illnesses, "a stroke, a fall, a bi-pass, other heart complaints, diabetes, (more prevalent today). Dementia seems to be an easy target to attach to seniors. The next author whose book I read who has a dementia character in it will get a blast on their social media platform

I really have given up on my birthday, not counting anymore, too many already, however 18 February, cheers
