I dont knoe, thats the problem, I cant control it Tori. Im here one moment and the next I am gone. I am going crazy and then I have metal all over me and I growl and I have grow so much and oh Gods.. Rene was terrified, not scared absolutely petrified by his circumstance and the tears were already falling as he started breathing really deeply and quickly, almost having a panic atrack from the wave of unsureness of everything of ehat was going on.
I dont even know what this is He pointed to the wall of pictures and strings.

He looked bwck towards the woman and blinked a few times, his pupils dilating and he felt a weight fad off him.
Tori. What happened? How long did I blank out? Rene had been having trouble thinking lately, one moment he would be eating dinner, next it was morning and he was covered in that same food. Something was happening to him and ot was ending badly. He slowly stood and squezzed her ina hug, good to see someone again.
I dont know what is happening to me, but its bad. I have no hearing. I cant find my glasses.. Rene lost those during the tremor and they have been yet to be found sense.

His head quickly wipped to her, eyes wide and staring try, trying to remember who she was and it quickly swarmed his memory. It was Tori, his girlfriend.
Hello, wha is it you want? He didnt look annoyed, but was breathing heavy from being frightened and he seemed a lot more jumpy.
I need to know how to fix this. He signed towards her, his head already back to his notes, working so hard on trying to figure out why bras swas covering him and why was more and more slowly covering him and changing his mind, and his shape. He looked buffer and a little taller, while there was something poking out from his jeans near his tailbone.

When the tremors had hit, Rene hadnt left his room. It had been days, maybe more, though it was hard to tell why everything was going on. The window was open and there stood Rene, in only a withbeater and some gym shorts, in a classic movie style, using yarn to set up walls with pictures and news articles from the country like he was trying to figure out what was going on. He lost touch with everything else, nothing else mattered except finding out what happened. He didnt hear the door knock but felt the small vibration. He ran and opened the door before going back to his cimputer and looking more stuff. He just needed to know. He didnr care about his hair, it was a mess. His glasses were gone but it didnt matter, everyrhing was a bit blurry with them anyways. His eyes had bad bags under them and his left arm was nearly covered from shoulder to elbow in brass scales and his hearing was completely gone, so he relied on everyrhing else to get him through what conversation he needed to go through.

"Well..you could always just join in their festivities. I remember when I use to come here as a student, only 4 years ago mind you, We threw some decent parties" Another sip. " though now I pefer my kicks of torturing those whom I take for my projects and giving peoloe the wrong potion or too much of what they want. I always do love it when a love elxir is needed and the person they use it on then becomes an obssesed stalker. Still working on perfecting that liquor though." He shrugged, he wasnt perfect, only close to it.

"Well it qas worth shot, deary. I like the spectacle of it, being a showman after all." This girl did like beingg more physical, didnt she? It was exciting and Cricket would gladly take all she had to offer. "Well, welcome none the less. The next step of the process is much harder than this, I asure you. But for now, I think Intiate fits you very well." His bottle of liquor appeared again, though this one looked to just be name brand bourbon. Cricket took a small swig, though kept an eye on her. "So, Denali, what made you think youd find one of us here, since, forgive me in advance, you dint look like much the partying type."

Youll do fine

Attention:
I will be entering slow mode for two weeks starting now. I wills till post when I can but I got band camp this week and a camp i teach at the next so yeah

He didnt even say anything, just plunged the small object onto her skin. At first it would feel pretty good, like thos folks who enjoy hot rocks on their backs, though it quickly turned into a searing pain that lasted for about a minute and then nothing as he pulled it away and hung the necklace back around, adjusting it to look nice again. "Another clean mark." Cricket let one of his fingers rub over it before stepping back, pelase it came out so well this time. "Okay, now for the real indoctrination."

"Excellent." His grin grew as he took off his necklace, and pulling out the spade charm and flicked his fingers. "Pick a spot on your body you can hide well." He just wanted to see how far she would go gor the cause, when he snapped, the spade began glowing a dull orange but was growimg by the second. This usually wasnt part of it, usually it was swearing your body and mind to chaos and then she was an intiate for until the time she killed a member of the scum of humanity, but Cricket always made sure to remember who he turned to his lord by giving them a tiny spade brand on the part of their body no one would usually see. "It will only hurt for a second and then we will continue." The smile turned waay off, as if the man was a pure lunatic, ehich he was.

"You say dick move, I say a way to test my elixers on the unsuspected masses." Another smirk before it faded to a more natural straight face. "Now, as I was saying before you decided to hit me. Are you in or not?" A little bit of that happiness was gone and he looked a lot more serious now, eyebrows slightly furrowed but even his straight face had a twing of a smile to it. But his eyes lost all its luster and they shown that he was defiantly not a person to be challenged. There was also a perverse pleasure that could be seen, being alone in the dark with a person willing to join the cause brought true happiness to him.

"Honey.." He stoppped and corrected himself, rubbing his shoulder. "Denali..The liquor here is so potent that I could scream it and no body would be the wiser." He punched her back, lightly though, as not to hurt her. "I wasnt lying when I said I provide the liquor for this party in particular. Its just maybe some of it has some adverse side effects they dont know about.." A glint of intent in his eyes and a devilish grin on his face, he pulled her along until they were in a quieter part of the party, away from most folks.

"Yes, well i cant well damn come up to you and say.." he whispered the next, finding enough confidence in her to speak about the issue. "Hello, I would like to have a chat with you about joining Defacto, your local rebillion group." She seemed a bit worried, but she would easily be able to bring in a lot of clueless boys, not men, boys to them, thinking they were slick. "And calling me a creep is only half true, but true none the less. I do take part in the perverse delight now and then,
your highness" he gave a mock bow and stood back up. It paid to be inform and informed he was. "So, I will take it from your sudden intrestest and laege grin, you'd wish to join?"

Ah, he got her now. She seemed very much the type for it. "Oh, the propisition? My -ahem, how we shall say, employer is looking for mor volunteers to his workplace." Cricket had to talk in code, it was the only way not to raise too much suspicion about himself. Her hand didnt bother him one bit, relishing in the fact she got this interested this quick. "We are a..political organzation who dosent hire just anybody mind you. Only the most qualified are hired. So, Denali, would you perhaps be interested in a internship at my employer's buisness?" He hoped that covered everything, if not and he needed to explain it more clearly, hw would have to take her to a place a bit more secluded.

"Creep? Oh, well yes I do get that sometimes.." He tapped his chin, making sure the drugger wasnt listen before he spoke again. "But booze is only have the fun, the other is offering postions to fellow girls and guys. You see, I am an entrepreneur, one who's goal is it to seek out others and see their potential towards certain projects I am a part of." He hoped that was a big enough hint for the girl. She had a merciless intelligence behind those eyes that Cricket wanted to crack into, see what she could really do but stand around, shoot half-assed insults and look pretty.

God, it was adorable the way they squirmes and got scared. "Fair enough, apperantly this school dosent enjoy southern nicknames but I respect that. And you may not know who I am, but thats okay too, you seem a bit tipsy anyways to be knowing much of anything. And thirdly, how do you thinking any of you seak out at night? The security of this school is pretty shit, girly." Cricket took another drink of the liquor. He had time, might as well have a little fun with these two. The party atmosphere was not his favorite, but it workes for dumb drunk students ready to change the world. He loved it, espically though way into their drink, like this one was. He turned to Denali. "You dont know this one, do you?" He already knew the answer, that was drunk girl 101, get them away from the 'weird' looking guy.

Cricket let a chuckle. "Pleasures mine. I dont sell to underage children, I simply provide for exchange of favors or other goods."
Like folks to join the cause He grinned a toothy smile and held his hand out for Charolette. "And I am not as old as I appear, I just pefer an older look." He gave his facial hair a little stroke and chuckled again. "And I know this girl very well. Shed be the other half of the so called party buisness. You provide the hard stuff, dont you honey?" He raised an eyebrow, his hands adjusting the metalic necklace once more, trying to get it on just right. Cricket knew quite a bit about all the drama in the school, it kept him mildly entertained. Like how a pharoh would watch slaves construct the pyrimads.
