58421 Hi! I'd like to join this buddy read.

I've had The Honjin Murders on my TBR for ages. I'd fallen into a rabbit hole about locked room mysteries ages ago and added a bunch of books recommended. This was one of them and I had recently managed to get it on hold from another library. I'd read a few of the popular Japanese ones and am curious how this compares.

Hi Paula! Welcome to the group! Fantasy, historical fiction, and non-fiction - what a great mix!

I'm a big audiobook listener, too. If I had to do the math, I'd say about 2/3 of my reading is audiobooks.

Please take a look around the group, and join whatever challenges or other activities that pique your interest! Happy reading!

58421 Yay! I'm excited for another readathon. I'm not sure how much reading I'll get done as the end of September is going to be a bit busy, but I'll going to try my best!

Ah, ok, I'm familiar with this version. Good to know that it's a good adaption. Now mentally planning on watching various adaptions after my re-read... okay, it's not really going to happen but fun to think about.

I haven't read it but I love the cover of Home Is Where the Bodies Are. It always catches my eye.

There's a little over 4 months left to the year. You have time to catch up or get close. You've got this! I'll be rooting for you! Happy reading!
