Great choice for a new moderator! Welcome to the team!!

I plan to start reading this today or tomorrow. I'm excited!

Everyone's doing great! I finished my first read as well :)

When I joined several years back, Kadijah Michelle was one of the first people to make me feel welcome. She really did so much for us. Much appreciated!!

I saw this on in article online.
(view spoiler)["Okay, Gatsby's name is the one in the title—but we still think that Nick is the major player. And here's why:
Gatsby is almost shockingly simple once you can put his character together from the various pieces picked up along the way. But Nick –plain, straightforward, "honest" Nick – ends up being the novel's most interesting character. Nick changes profoundly over the course of the novel, and his transformation is what makes our hearts beat just a little faster." (hide spoiler)]Do you agree?

I use Thriftbooks more and more for used books :)

I have only owned Kindles (my current one is a Paperwhite). I am considering a Kobo next time I need an e-reader though.

Wonderful job so far, everyone!

Lyfranka & I will be reading
1st to Die by
James Patterson:)

I nominate
Wuthering Heights because it's very much about Heathcliff's undying passion and obsession for Catherine.

We're off to a strong start. Keep it up!
I am working on my first read as well.

I finished it a few days ago and can't wait to discuss it with all of you. It's also the book of the month read in my own group so win-win!
Lindsay wrote: "I forgot how short this book is!"It is, but it also really packs a heavy punch!!!

Hi, there. I just started a blog. There isn't much there yet but I'm excited anyway lol Please check it out!
