Ugh, I read it and it was just...yeah, I don't know. I agree with you about the beginning, I LOVED it and I loved Kyle. But I couldn't connect with the person she became after the big "twist", and Colton was just too much of the "uneducated alpha male" persona for my tastes. Hopefully you'll like it more than I did! =)

Yeah, this is one of those series where the first book was just OKAY for me, mainly because of Anthony's personality and that there really isn't a lot of steaminess to it. It's more of a mindf*ck than a body f*ck, ya know? LOL But Truth has so much more emotion, and she finally pulls her head out of her rear and it just sets the series off running. And the ending...oh my, it makes you want the next one ASAP!

I was totally confused on that one, GR had Ella and Micha coming out in October so I was thinking there was a looooong wait. LOL Yeah, May release is right around the corner anyway!

Oh I'm so very happy to hear that about Bella's work, Laura!! I adore her series as well but it's so under-appreciated, and I know you don't give out top nods to just any book! =)

Yeah, Consequences was actually a very tough read for me. Anthony is downright cruel in the first book, he's just evil underneath it all and you'll be cursing him the whole time. Truth gives you a completely different feel, though, and to be honest Aleatha's writing is just wicked brilliant with the puzzles and suspense she puts in the story!

Yeah, WTF is up with the dates on GR??!! I'm totally confused, because I saw October for FoEaM, so I was thinking we had it WAY early even for an ARC! LOL This makes more sense, I'm definitely reading this soon b/c the third book is the separate story so this will finish off Ella and Micha's!!

Consequences was pretty good, but it didn't wow me because there isn't a lot of emotion. But the ending just blows everything out of the water, and then Truth was AWESOME!!!

Yeah, CJ has been torturing us with tidbits and asking what we think for months, so I'm ready to scream if I don't get my hands on more Caleb soon!!! It's like slow and sensual Caleb torture and I can't take much more. LOL

No, ironically enough after the chatting on here about Netgalley the other day I decided to pop in and see what was available. When I saw that this was up for grabs I sent in the request, but I figured it'd take a while for it to actually be handed out since the release is Oct. I'm super excited, but I don't know when the hell I'm getting to it right now! LOL

No...no more books...NO MORE!!! *sigh* Netgalley just informed me that I can now enjoy my copy of ...seriously, I'm considering uppers so I can stay up 3 nights in a row reading, because my kids sure as hell aren't cooperating with mama's book time!!!

Ha, definitely don't want to read the Dark Duet unless you can dedicate the time to just Caleb and Livvie. ;-) Have you read yet? God, I love Caleb!!! I'm dying for , I'm seriously considering blackmailing CJ for an ARC. LOL
