Sam - and Kate, too, I'm sure you gave this a lot of thought - how do you describe BEFORE EVER AFTER? Romance? Mystery? Historical adventure?

Great question Jdy! Here's a question for Sam, her editor Kate Kennedy, and her agent, Stephanie Kip Rostan.
I've heard there was a table in Starbucks where Sam did much of her writing. Still writing there, Sam, or do you have a new spot?
Kate and Stephanie, do you have a special spot where you read and edit manuscripts?
Rose is one of those characters who stays in you mind long after you're done reading, that's for sure!
Sam, would you mind telling us just a little bit about your book, BEFORE EVER AFTER, and what inspired you to write it?
Ha! Is there a story that Max told that lots of readers tell you is their favorite? I saw here on Goodreads that one of your fans especially loved the story of Livia.
Sam, you've done a lot of interviews on your book tour and answered lots of questions about writing BEFORE EVER AFTER. My question to you is: is there a question you thought you'd be asked that no one has asked yet?

BEFORE EVER AFTER has Goodreads readers talking! We invite you to join author Samantha Sotto as she discusses writing BEFORE EVER AFTER - a charming, one-of-a-kind novel that's part romance, part mystery, part historical adventure. Samantha will discuss those genres as well as the experience of writing her debut novel. She'll be joined by her agent, Stephanie Kip Rostan and her editor, Kate Kennedy. Bring all your questions for what promises to be a great conversation.

Thanks, everyone! We're so glad you're here chatting. So fun! Jody, you can post your review here on Goodreads, on Facebook (Lisa has a page for the book), and on Amazon. We thank you - Lisa does too! - for helping spread the world.
After I finished RADIO SHANGRI-LA, I started writing "three good things" in my journal every night.
Has anyone else been inspired to do this?!
Jayme, Trisha, thanks for your comments! We totally agree. It's awe-inspiring how quickly the Bhutanese culture changed. Do you see any negative effects from their adoption of American culture?
Thanks, Jody, and enjoy, Barbara!** New visitors to the group who have read RADIO SHANGRI-LA: what's the thing in Lisa's story that surprised you the most? **
That's awesome, Maria! So glad you enjoyed it. Isn't that the best, when you read a new author and realize she has other books you can dive into right away?!
So many RIFers are reading and loving Radio Shangri-La. Many of you are comparing Lisa Napoli's memoir to Eat, Pray, Love. What do you think, is this a good comp? If you've read both books, how would you compare them?
Lisa, hope we didn't miss your review of MADAME TUSSAUD! Just checked your shelves - so many great reads! We'd love to hear your thoughts about Michelle Moran's novel.
