41817 @Darnell: I loved The Time Travel and it was one of my favorite books. What do you think of the book so far?
Aug 31, 2011 10:40AM

41817 Hi Danielle, I can join you guys this coming November. Just state exactly the date and I'll try to remind myself soon. Haha.

41817 @Namida: Haha, I agree. What anime/animes are you currently watching?

@Darnell: Ay! Don't misinterpret me, what I mean is that I only have less than 100 books in my collection and I still have like 900 books to collect. So sad that I have to effort a lot. Haha.

41817 I've been lost for awhile because I'm busy studying for my upcoming examination and some weather problem too. Hi to all newbies and welcome to the group! Don't forget to participate to the monthly read guys!

41817 @Theresa: The story is getting better although I find some stories similar to each other and very hard to read. Not to mention that I can't feel the presence of the hot desert. I think translations really have big changes to the stories. Haha.

41817 Oops, I think I have to wait for the book I ordered last weekend. I might read the book later next month. Aw.

41817 @Namida: I'm kind of ancient, I'm an anime hoarder before and I want to emphasize the word before. Because I only watch old animes and don't have any idea about the latest talk in town. Some of my favorites are Card Captor Sakura, Digimon, Shaman King and many more. I forgot some of them. Haha.

41817 Hi Jessica and Theresa, welcome to the group and have fun reading! Feel free to suggestion and talk like there is no tomorrow. Haha. Kidding.

Hello Sherman, welcome to the group! Well, I suggest Dumas works such as The three Musketeers and The Count of Monte Cristo. I'm a big fan of Dumas so I kind of bias to any authors. Haha. Try Austens and Bronte sisters' works.

Hi Darnell, welcome to the group and as well as welcome to Goodreads! There is an active group who specialize in 1001 and they read like true readers. You might join them if you want. I also have the 2008 edition and currently I'm having hard time hunting those books. So far, I got below 100 of the books in the list.

Hi Karolina, welcome to the group! I have Tell-Tale Heart on my TBR and I don't know when to read it and I love his Raven. Sweet reads!

Hi Robin, welcome to the group and most people stop reading because of their works but I'm sure you'll get use to your old reading habit again.

41817 Hi Amy, welcome to the group! You are lucky that your school assigned certain books to read not like mine. When I was high school we usually listen to the teacher discuss while us, the students, don't have any idea what she was talking about. Sweet reads!

Hi Vicky, welcome to the group and this is the best place to start!

Hi Casey, welcome to the group and feel free to share your favorites. You just found the best place to discuss classics, I know few of the members here love Catcher in the Rye.

Hi Terri, I'm very happy that you joined the group! I was planning on taking literature related course but my parents did not like it. I think you are one of those lucky people who graduated with such honor! Have fun and sweet reads!

41817 To Teri and Nicolle, congrats guys! I'm glad I joined the group and I met readers like you guys. Have fun and sweet reads!

@Namida: I agree. Lately, I don't have time watching anime except if my brother ask me to watch with him. Not because I read much but because I'm trying to balance my study and book. Haha. Anime, third. Any favorites to share?

41817 Gah! I also met trolls and different type of people here in goodreads and in person. Not only that, I also met people who hate me and talk in my back when I'm gone. Haha, you can't control people even in online.

41817 Hi Tango, welcome to the group!

Hello Lars, welcome to the group. Jane Eyre and Emma are one of my favorites this year and the rest, they are still on my list, books that are to be explore in the near future. Read To Kill a Mockingbird next month!

Hi Namida, welcome to the group! I don't know if you like anime but I do. Haha. I have a friend here in groodreads from Australia who only reads classics and male authors only, how's that?! Haha. There are many books to come soon, so don't worry to read any of the books.

41817 @Alex: Thanks for recommending, I might read it later in life but I'm not sure when since I never prioritize poems. Haha. Have fun reading.

Hi Mrs. H, welcome to the group and we can't wait to read your book report again. Kidding. Anyway, feel free to post anything on the thread given. Sweet reads.

Hi SuzieR, welcome to the group and this is the perfect place to read and share classics again. Don't be shy, feel free to post anything on the board.

41817 I joined two local book clubs recently, the first one usually all member read the book of the month moderated by the volunteers (we are currently reading The Woman in Black) while the other book club, we usually go eat and chat every meet-up. Don't worry, Ir cared. I'm also the youngest in the group and I never cared, just don't listen to them.

Hi Becky and Chris, welcome to the group and I can't wait to read your reviews and comments to the books you are planning to read soon. Have fun! Mmm, Atlas Shrugged is getting popular lately. I might add that on my list.
