He was the opposite of Sub-Zero with his ice finish.
BTW Mortal Kombat movie made in Australia.

They're a fun present for a laugh, but legally not worth the paper they're printed on.
I'm not poo-pooing the gift. They are a fun gift and make a great talking point that is worth the small cost.

I put these in the same camp as buying land on the moon (you can't), buying a Star and naming it (you can't), buying your family Coat of Arms (your family doesn't have a Coat of Arms unless it has been passed down for centuries from the original person that earned it.)

Imagine if it lacked focus and the director had no idea where the story was going.
So just imagine the director was the viewer 😉

You, probably, think you own land on the moon and have a Star named after you as well 😉
Unless you are, actually, a "real" Scottish Lord 😜

It was good enough that I will continue to see where it goes. But I don't feel a need to rush through it. Yet.

I have seen many positive reviews on other forums I frequent. More positive than negative. I'm not expecting much. As long as the fight scenes are cinematic and the storyline not toooooo ridiculous.
I did like the 90s movie and was a fan of the game series. I was always a fan of Scorpion. "Get over here"

I think they've given up trying to shoe horn every inconsistency that previous shows like Agents of SHIELD had and just start fresh.
I remember reading somewhere that Disney had been given the ok to ignore everything previous, except the movies and even there they are given leeway to bend the rules.
This is nothing new. Both DC and Marvel have never worried too much about continuity in the comics more than a few years back.

But as a wrap up of the Skywalker story they are, somewhat, worth watching.
I did enjoy 7 & 8 and didn't mind most of 9.

What is the “Machete order”?"
It removes "1: The Phantom Menace" from the Star Wars viewing order. It is supposed to be the best way for someone new to the series to watch it.
You watch 4, 5, 2, 3, 6 , 7, 8 & 9

It's not required, but reading the first 4 novellas is worth it to get a background on all the characters.
Tor did give away the first 4 novellas last year just before Network Effect came out. With "Fugitive Telemetry" Book 6 coming out in a week (Apr 27), it may be worth keeping an eye out to see if they do the same this year.
One of us will post about it here, if it does happen. Who knows they may even give away "Network effect" as well. They've done that with several of their favourite authors that they publish to promote sales.

I was a bit annoyed when one of them threw it into a tree, before putting up the padding. Way to kill a tree.
Also Sam has no superhuman enhancements (bar the wings) one miscalculation and the shield will take his head off (or at the very least give him a fatal head trauma). Bucky seemed a much more logical fit for the shield.

I heard a parent say that you can't choose between your children, but that there are days when you definitely can 😉
My favourite was Chauncey. His desire to be a Bellhop and the way he went about practising it was cute.

Which is not a slight on England. I like rain. I live in a town where it rains 260+ days a year and we get close to 3 metres (9.8 feet) of rain a year. (Not all Oz is hot and dry 😉 )
I guess Linus could be in Seattle or New England or a Canadian city.

No, Only US . We get Hulu shows on various other services in Oz. Same with most of your streaming services.
Which is why we (the rest of the world) get Star (where the mature content is) on Disney+

Hun-Kamé. It depends on which version of him turns up.
