I dropped this over in Quick Burns, and putting it here too.Legendary Comics is kickstarting the official graphic novel adaptation of the movie...

In 2020, Brian Herbert released Dune: the Graphic Novel, Book 1, a perfunctory adaptation of the first part of the novel. The Kickstarter adaptation is by a different set of writers and artists and the sample art looks very much like the new film.
Of course if you go back far enough, we also have an adaptation of the Lynch version of Dune
The comics must flow!

If you are so inclined, you can order your book in a Gom Jabbar box, guaranteed to be pain-free, among many and varied other perks.
It's not really clear from the Kickstarter description, but I think this is only an adaptation of the film, and probably not the entire story.

How to Read the Dune Book Series in Orderhttps://www.esquire.com/entertainment...
Looks like a "read them in the order they were published" list, but I could be wrong.
Just finished watching on HBO MAX. Very well done, but frustrating. I hope they make the second half of the story.I watched Lynch's Dune again, yesterday. The first SyFy mini-series isn't streaming anywhere that I could find. I saw it when it came out. I think the new Dune is grittier and more compelling than its predecessors. The second SyFy mini-series seems to be on Hoopla, so that might be something to watch again.

My guess at V's doodle is a design for a new Belbot, possibly an homage to DRDs (Diagnostic Repair Drone) on FarscapeSee https://farscape.fandom.com/wiki/Diag...
