Epic sword story without any superfluous orcs, trolls, elves, etc. This season is probably based on Warriors of the Storm and The Flame Bearer by Bernard Cornwell.

Sometime later, there may be a movie to finish off Uhtred's story.

The Shining Girls by Lauren Beukes because the tv series is coming to AppleTV+ in April.

The first two seasons of The Orville were modestly entertaining. I've also been reading the comics which tie-in between seasons. But I'm not a Hulu subscriber and I don't want to sign up for another streaming service right now.

We read The Rook by Daniel O'Malley back in 2016. O'Malley followed that up with Stiletto and coming October 2022, a third Chequay Files novel, Blitz.

Nice art on Len Peralta's trading cards. Only Tom's card mentions S&L so we still need a S&L trading card. Len has some author crossover with the Science Fiction Historical Trading Cards. Scalzi's mean green card is wild!
