I should finish this by the end of the month. Great series."

I took a very different approach and kind of saved them up for roadtrips since they were a fun light listen.

4170 I haven't read the comics, but if you think back to Captain America: Civil War, it was Captain (along with Bucky and Falcon) who rebelled against the Sokovia accords. Tony stood for the military industrial complex and the idea of summitting to government oversight.

I'm going to hope the writers do something more nuanced than "good" vs. "evil", but I'm enjoying it so far anyways.

Woo..Guest host sighting!
4170 I'm in the middle of another series right now. Once I finish that I'll probably just buy this month's pick since I have a lot of unspent credits and the wait list is really long.

Then I may pick up Gods of Jade and Shadow later this year too.

4170 Yeah, I'd agree that Mark's comment about Peter in post 85 is a pretty big spoiler and should be put in tags.

4170 I didn't know who Batroc was. Or George St. Pierre.

I actually just re-watched Winter solider recently and while I thought that was a cool fight scene, to me he was just some random thug. Or maybe a mini-boss thug for Cap to fight.

I'm not familiar with most of the comics, especially not Capt. America.

I didn't recognize him as the same actor either because that fight to me was cool, but insignificant.

Now that I know the details, I agree it's cool that they brought him back/re-used him.

I still don't care about Batroc the leaper though. I'll probably forget this name again before too long unless he shows back up later.

But maybe this series will make him more interesting than just some 1-off fight. (now 2-off fight?)

4170 One of the things I've liked about Disney+ is they a skip button to get to the post credit part (the second one).
4170 I would have preferred Rivers of London, but I'll probably read both the finalists, so it's a good choice to have.

4170 The Final Round has begun. Go Vote!

And here are the Round 3 Results
4170 Hmm. I thought ToS only lost twice. Sigh. I should never post things anymore. I'm always wrong and Dave needs to correct me.
4170 I went 1-1 in this round. Poor Rivers of London. It's now been defeated even more than Theft of Swords.

Maybe Tom & Veronica will take pity on it and just make it a dictatorial pick later this year.
4170 The finals are now set.

In what has become an annual tradition, the round 3 participation is much higher than round 2. However it's even higher than round 1, which I think is a bit more unusual. I guess members were pretty excited for round 3.
