Note: I'm a mood reader so these give me options. This is more of a list of potentials. I don't think I will get to all of these but these are some that I'd like to choose from in October. Some are books that I need to prioritize, like for book clubs.

(Note: I switched from using numbers to just labeling these QOTD, which is what I will use now and going forward.)

My weekend reading plans consist of making more progress in Plain Bad Heroines since I didn't finish it in September like I wanted to.

Since October starts tomorrow, which do you prefer - creepy books or cozy books?

Sadly my reading update is still the same. I'm still currently reading Plain Bad Heroines. I haven't finished anything recently and I'm not sure what I'll read next.

I definitely agree with this! I know it's a totally different story but I'm excited to start his new book.

I have A Fate of Wrath & Flame by K. A. Tucker.

I'm still reading Plain Bad Heroines. I have a pretty busy weekend so I'm hoping to read a decent chunk of it. I'd like to finish it but we shall see...fingers crossed.

If you see someone reading in public, do you look to see what they're reading or no?
Side note: There was a POPSUGAR reading challenge from a couple of years ago that was to read a book that you see someone else reading in public. There's also an Instagram account called subwaybookreview that features what books people are reading that ride the subway in NYC.
It's a very unique way to get recommendations and branch out of your reading comfort zone.

Yeah, I am indecisive on my list too. I'm currently reading a book that is classified as like gothic horror. But I'm so excited for October! I want to read a bunch of spooky books.

Me too! I love the cover and someone told me they sobbed at the end.

What exactly is a Fall read? A book set in autumn or just what you ..."
Books off of your fall to-read list, so this could be any book you plan on reading during the fall. Typically, people gravitate towards spooky reads like horror or thrillers. It can also be books set in Autumn or any book that you think will give you all the fall vibes.
