I keep this list, but never seem to make progress. Looks like you have it well in hand.

Welcome to the challenge, really nice choices. Good luck!

I think it was the default edition. I bought it to get a list of the poems. I went page by page writing down the titles. Surprised me to learn titles were not original to her poetry. All I can do is apologize, what I know about poetry wouldn't fill a thimble.
Do your best, the discussion seems to be going well.

Is the problem with the book edition or the internet link? I can delete the link no trouble.

Terry, years ago we had some discussion about setting up age as being the determining factor for a book being a classic. The resulting poll had several cutoff dates, the winner was 1999. So for our group any book published before the year 2000 is a classic. I was disappointed with the result, but the majority at that time made the call.

Welcome to the group Simona, glad you are with us.

Welcome JMCDC.

Welcome Janna!

Well ready or not, tomorrow is August 1st. Let us know what you are planning to read this month.

Welcome Evie and Mark, glad you are with us.

Looks like you are about done, congrats!!

Earlier this year, before this buddy read was created I read The Lady’s Maid’s Bell and Bewitched. As usual I enjoyed Wharton’s writing. Mail’s Bell was always a little unsettling in that I never got what happened. I’ve always thought I missed something. Based on the discussion, maybe I’m not alone and apparently Edith did it to us on purpose. I intended to reread this someday, perhaps now is a good time.
When the discussion gets to Bewitched, you will find a much different story.

The year has 5 months left, seems like a lot of time, but it does go by fast. I don't think I could do the challenges without some duplication. I think it's great you haven't used duplicates.

Congratulations, it looks like you are almost finished with challenges #4 and #6 too.
