Definitely haven't read it--can't wait to find out!

I know I read it and it's pretty new. But I can't recall the name or author.

Yes, lovely. And a great epilogue. I think I will start a new list, of books with great epistolary sequences...

Read Jodi Thomas'new book. I liked it although its not my favorite of hers. Her historical plotting doesn't appeal to me as much as her contemp. plotting.
But I love the way she keeps the themes of several relationships going. I wish there was a little more attention paid to the couple I think is the primary one in this book but I think she may have been a little stymied by the long term friendship and how to turn it into a romance. They deserved better. I loved the other couples.
Read the new Kleypas. It was...ok...but its not good when you like the ghost better than the hero.

And Tessa of course just got a RITA for her newer book.

I really liked Sarah mayberrys book too.

I'm about half way through How to Romance a Rake (Manda, who picked that title? Its the only thing I don't like so far--Deveril is not a rake and Juliet isn't romancing him!)

I'm about half way through and really enjoying it. I like Juliet, but I particularly like how Deveril simply isn't put off at all by the limp or the false foot. (It occurs to me that I now have at least two books I really like with amputee heroines.)

This is such a great book .

Almost done with Kennedy's Deception. Wow.
I am not usually a fan of medievals but she is now an autobuy.

Finished All Summer Long by Mallery. I really liked it although I've read a few too many by her where the hero backs out of the relationship at some point. And I didn't think that was in character here...
Also read the new Shalvis. I liked it a lot, although again had reservations. This time about the realism of the economics of small time medical practice and the choices the hero made about spending his time when he was exhausted.

Hm. I thought it sounded familiar. I guess I will have to try it.

Finishing Ruthie Knox's About Last night. I liked her first book but this one is a whole level better.

I think I know what this is...and if I'm right she loses that job anyway.

Just read it. Liked it a lot more than the companion book...

Did you notice that she says its sort of her veterans book (I think she mentions of Vietnam?) It sheds an interesting light on the hero....

Huh, that's funny. I really enjoyed the heroes (although I admit they are pretty similar, whereas Sophy is very different from Marcelline.) I particularly liked how Longmore, despite theoretically being not that intelligent, really figured out Sophy and all her secrets.... I could believe that she wouldn't be able to put anything across on him.

Seize the Fire has haunted me for years . I've been rereading various Chase books and trying to decide what to read next.
