Hope everyone is having a good weekend. My baby girl is getting over hand foot and mouth disease so I haven’t been able to read very much. I have started listening to a book that is 600+ pages and hoping to be able to fill in some chipmunk tasks as I can

Hello everyone! My name is Cindy and I live in Colorado with my husband and 16 month old daughter. I work in a hospital pharmacy and get a lot of my reading done there through audiobooks. I try to read e-books and actual books whenever I get a chance. I like to read pretty much anything and everything but I read more romance than any other genre. Not a huge fan of horror but I do read some here and there.

Kali
The Hindu goddess Kali has many different birth stories. In one, she's born out of another goddess's rage on a battlefield and immediately starts eating demons and stringing their heads together onto a necklace. In another, she is born when a horrible demon begins terrorizing humans and can only be defeated by a woman, and Kali kicks his demon ass. In pretty much every case, Kali slays demons and wears a skirt made out of dismembered arms, so she's nobody to fuck with.
