35559 I'd say that we can use a MC from the time period (which is the size of a small book anyway!)

35559 GR can be funny about messaging so you might need to add MelM as a friend first then message once she's accepted.

That sucks. Hope you get it back before the next big challenge. it's ev..."

I'm hoping it'll come back for the next big challenge which is definitely in its planning stages.

Being used at the moment to read an 67 page contract which is melting my brain.

Now? You appear now? Now I can't read Taken by Storm

*pouts*"

I know! Just finished The Last Continent which had a storm crucial to the ending.

35559 Looks like Sammy will probably cover the 1st

35559 I keep meaning to start them, so jumping into 7 for the amusement park probably isn't the best for me. If you leave it with me you will be waiting approximately a million years given my current reading pace.

35559 It's almost as if you expect us to be helpful in our teaser post...

35559 Yay for a solid start on the year and getting above the line! Long may it continue Jenny!

I'm hoping that by attacking it early, I can get ahead, forget about it for the summer and then stand a chance to catch back up in December - i.e. the hare approach. Not the tortoise of actually sticking at it all year so I don't get stressed.

To that end
Patternmaster (Patternmaster, #4) by Octavia E. Butler finally came off my tbr having landed there in 2015. Enjoyed it, but it could be read as a standalone from the rest of the series in a lot of ways.

35559 I enjoyed the puzzles.

Think that challenge I went from being a late addition to team co-captain in the space of a couple of weeks so don't envy those of you trying to keep the teams slightly balanced and afloat.

35559 TBF there were a lot of cupcake variations with different sizes etc.

35559 Sorry, where this one doesn't match the calendar year it slips under the radar. The next threads are up now.

35559 On that note, The Last Continent has finally arrived from my library so will be starting that after finishing another black text on cover book.

The Overseers have decided to pay us a visit.

35559 Oh and it's got the star of a pentagram. Shame it's a bit too long at 253 pages

35559 I'm currently reading The 13th Witch that covers law enforcement, 1st in series and hospital in text so we could keep Poirot for another task.
