Right? LOL It's so funny how different book lovers are from non-readers who don't quite get it. My daughter Heather (who happens to be on GR and is an English teacher and freelance editor) said to me about 2 weeks ago, "Books just make me so happy!" and that was out of the clear blue. LOL I love that she loves books.

I met Trisha when she got to go to SF for a Goodreads event in 2016, I think it was. We'd been online friends in GR since August 2012 and finally met in person. It was so nice. I live a little over an hour from SF UNLESS you got in the morning after 3:30 and then you're looking at 3 hours. LOL

We did REALLY well this week!! I'm proud of us! Yes, I know I'd have to re-read it and that's okay. I though maybe they overlooked you because you're a MOD and have had lots of experience with DQ's. LOL If it's a random thing, I'm not usually too lucky BUT I did win a trip to Colleen Hoover's Book Bonanza that I went to in Colorado in July, so who knows! Although, I don't put them in the same category. LOL

I volunteered to do DQ's for the BOM . I read it previously in December 2016, so we'll see if they choose me. lol

I volunteer for DQs for Team Jack-in-the-Box. This will be my first time, so if I get chosen please bare with me!

One more question: I’m finding this book also has letters for EGGNOG! It can cover every letter, so I need input. Should I finish it for this week or finish it and add it as my first book for EGGNOG? Lol

Is anyone adding an M or R book? I have 90 minutes to read that 168 page book so I’ll shoot for it. If I don’t get it finished on time or we don’t need it, hopefully it will work for our word next week if it has any characters in it that fit the letters. Lol

Erin, if I read another book that works for L, M, and R, would it help at all? It's only 168 pages so I can knock it out quickly.

It seems that a lot of us who'd wanted to read BOM Frankenstein book can't even get it. I've been 2nd in the queue ever since I requested it, but my library never even ordered it and our four sister libraries that did order it just haven't received theirs. It's hard when we have BR or BOM books if they're newer books! It sucks we can't get the points for that reason.

I have one more to go in the series, I think. I don't mind where my book is used as long as it is used. I guess you knew where else it could go. Actually, I don't see any change on the SS. Do you need to know what letters The Iron Queen works for?

Me too! I slept for about an hour and a half and woke up and read my last book, so I'm going to sleep (I hope) and start my first book for next week but I'll finish it today for sure because I need it for another challenge tonight. I'm starting with

Erin, I think I'm only going to be able to read book 1 and 2 of The Iron Fey series for letter I because one of my grandsons wanted to come to our place for Thanksgiving, so he is here now until tomorrow night or possibly even Saturday night. I know I won't get Empire of Storms read, so I'm going to move that the EGGNOG lol

IF I can get 3 I letters read and read all 3 books, I will. But it depends on if Vincent goes home tomorrow or Saturday.

I also have other books if there are other letters we need more. Like are we looking for a letter to complete a word?
