I’m reading our thread and I see that I missed your message regarding not reading anymore books. LOL of course I’m reading more books for other challenges. That’s why I was adding some. But maybe one or two of the ones I added tonight can be used if needed anywhere but otherwise we will just delete delete delete. Sorry about that!

BTW I got Recursion on Scribd so I can read it. If they will let you and Trisha do something as an alternative task for that book it seems to me like that would be the easiest to do instead of the chain. But I can do either one depending on what everybody else wants and needs to do.

I added a B book so we just need the W & N. Once Jill picks her book I can take the other letter left over.

All right. Lol I guess we’ll have to move things around tomorrow. I’m too tired tonight.

Jenny, I added words for round 4 for us. Only thing is I realized that we probably needed more words with S in them, so I tried adding series with group #7 but it kept not showing the letters. Long story short, I added one out of order at the bottom, which doesn't matter unless that drives anyone crazy. LOL I put SERIES at the bottom. I hope you don't mind. I figured I'd help you out and hopefully save you some time, not add more time for you to edit! LOL

Also, I added my read books that I hadn't already added to round 3 and I noticed that we've read 43 books for this round already. Can we read that many or will we get burned?

Sonia, haha you must be on team wrath! I played this once before but was a late addition so I wasn’t aware of threads being opened one at a time for captains. I know how to be patient and I will just keep stalking this thread. LOL

I must say that it is good to see other jealousy participants here! Hee hee teammates!

I'm going crazy with my team's thread still being frozen, but I don't understand why. I see that a lot of others are chatting on their threads.

I signed up for a book that has between 250 and 300 pages because I need it for another challenge anyway.
I can also do these:
a book from the I Only Watched the Movie list
with a non-Caucasian main character

I'm flexible though and if anyone needs one of those I can do something else. I can do 2 or 3.

Jenny, if anything is added today it’s up to you. I having a “blast” at the courthouse in Stockton on jury duty. Stockton is a HORRIBLE area to have to walk 6 blocks alone!!!! This is a very high crime area & gangs thrive here! Anyway today is day one & I’m hoping the last. We go on vacation the 30th so I’m hoping to get off this time! I can’t read in the courtroom so fingers crossed!!! Hopefully I’ll not get called in for jury selection and I can read all day. Lol

If I remember correctly, we can only read 40 books total per round, right? It shows that we've read 17 already, but I count 19 that have the dates added for finished. We also have books for the spell-out and the ones I added I'll be done with tonight. I guess we get penalized if we read more than 40 books so we need to be careful. I can remove a couple of my books if someone else wants a couple spots. I just don't want to have to recoup points again. LOL I don't even know what we have to do to regenerate points but I guess we're about to find out soon. LOL

Oh. My. Gosh. I certainly hope not! There should be a way for them to see times our books were started/ended I would think. We're so stressed over getting burned! LOL

Jill, I’m sorry if my PM confused you. Like I said, NO PRESSURE. I simply was explaining if you could finish it and post as soon as you did that it would be helpful. We all realize you came into the challenge late. There’s no pressure at all! :)

I hope I'm right that we can START the safe zones, 1, 2, and 3 as long as we don't finish them out of sequence. Because I have about 7-8 books up to 95% finished and I'm HOPING we have Safe Zone 1 finished today so that I can finish up those books and use them for this challenge. I'm holding off on finished and adding them to the Turf Wars challenge in hopes of using them for us. LOL Man, this finagling is hard at times! LOL

Sounds good! I actually read several books today for another challenge and this one but either two or three I finished today and didn’t even think to wait until we were done with the first zone to actually finish those books. Now I can’t use them for the spell-out. Ugh...so mad at myself!

For the Turf Wars Challenge (which I think you are in, Jenny), we have until the 15th at 11:59 PM PST to post those books. So I am obviously trying to coordinate them and I have quite a few books that I’m reading for that challenge that I will add as soon as I can to this one. But I am not finishing anymore books for that one until I HAVE to!

So as soon as you all finish your book(s) please get them posted so I can complete mine in time to use for both challenges. Otherwise I won’t have very many for the spell-out. But if you guys can’t finish them then that’s OK because we obviously are all in this together. LOL
