35559 @Brittany! (and everyone!) Do you mind giving some additional context on your resource choices? For example, if you are mentioning a gun, where is the gun found in the book? Etc...

Thank you.

35559 Greetings from District 6! We hope you're navigating the Book Games with the same skill we use to navigate the rails and roads.

In the interest of Team Spirit and to make our supply drops as beneficial as possible, we’d love to know what preferences your team has for the drops! Would you prefer a multi-use book or are you not picky?

May the odds be ever in your favor, and may our collaboration bring us both closer to victory!

Your wish is my command:

Ahoy, Jonathan,

I be writin’ ye this missive to express me boundless fury regardin' the cursed troubles with our Comcast bill. Despite me numerous attempts to set things right, speakin' with Comcast lackeys no less than four times in the past month, a satisfactory resolution be as elusive as buried treasure. Every scallywag I talk to admits the problem, yet none have the spine to fix it. Instead, each talk ends with an escalation ticket, which be closed faster than a clap o’ thunder, with nary a follow-up.

To add insult to injury, the latest suggestion to cut our services and sign a new contract be as daft as a landlubber in a storm. This be not only ridiculous but proof of the rot within Comcast's ways. At this point, I be ready to abandon ship and cut ties with Comcast altogether. The only reason I haven’t yet is that I doubt I’d get back the doubloons they owe me, given their blatant incompetence.

I demand swift and decisive action to right this wrong. Another incorrect bill has arrived, making the urgency clear. Mark me words: I will not be payin’ a single coin until this matter be resolved to me satisfaction.

I expect ye to give this matter yer full attention and fix it without delay. The continued neglect of yer customers be a disgrace.

With righteous indignation,

[Your Name]

35559 I use AI to write professional emails when all I want to do is swear at people. It's like my therapist.

Once I asked it to write this hate email as if a pirate wrote it to make me laugh.

35559 From the original post...
The sending team logs the supply drop books on the respective round's book log, puts the books in an appropriate resource category, and receives page points for the books sent. However, the books sent for supply drops cannot be used for other tasks.

Hmm... I'm reading this as we can use for a resource category, just not in the mini...

It seems to be it would be better to give a book before the mini starts, so that we aren't losing a possible book for a task. Yes?

I'll verify with the captains group to be sure I'm understanding correctly, unless Eldarwen or Karen chime in.

We can apply the book given however we want (within the limits of the rules).

- If we decide to use a book to cover a mini task, we don't get any page points, but the task is covered.
- If we decide to use the book as an addition to one of our resource piles, we just behave as though someone on our team read the book, nothing is different there with page points.
- If we decide to use the book to protect our supply pile.... well, there are some unknowns here. And, we also won't get page points if we go that direction.

Clearly defense is important, so that's something to consider, but I think it might be hard to fully understand until more information is released about what we might be protecting our supplies from, etc.

35559 The show for Bridgerton is VERY different, and a much more fun vibe!

I enjoy romance, so the books were great to me, but even my husband likes the Bridgerton show series, lol.
