That is the best gift ever! I am going to get a pillow just like it for my daughter for going back to school. I also need to finish Watership Down. I really liked that book, but I was reading to my daughter, a long time ago, and we just didn't finish it - it was a really good story.

35559 I love looking at all the books everyone is reading!
The Promise Love and Loss in Modern China by Xinran and How to Be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi and The Devil in Silver by Victor LaValle were really thought provoking. It will take me a while to fully digest them. They would be good for a book group, I think.
No favorites though this time around.

I agree on the hit or miss - I loved it! But I have read reviews of people not loving it. I hope she writes more!

Definitely. It is a middle grades book. I'm a 5th and 6th grade teacher. I'm trying to find books to go with our world geography this year. I thought this one was great!

35559 Okay, 2 more for this round coming up - one with an I, one with an X. For next round, I have Octavia Butler for an O, and Challenger Deep for Ocean. I found another I author for Deathless Divide
And that's what I've found so far :) - an H, a P too :)

35559 I will finish 3 books today - Perhaps this is a weird reading habit? But I usually start three books or so and read them at about the same rate until I am finished :)
None with an x though, I'm afraid.
I could re-read Holes by Friday if we need it - x-ray is a character :)
I am excited for the new round! I'll check that out more when I'm finished with these three.

Do we have to have the previous exercise spelled before the next x counts?
I have a pile of books that fit all (but x...) so I could focus on anything :)
Thanks leader!

I have it on my TBR list. I'll definitely read the first one then. I wish they had these books at my library! I can't seem to find very many vampire / paranormal / romance books there :(
