I have a W book I'm reading for another group - Wilmington's Lie: The Murderous Coup of 1898 and the Rise of White Supremacy
I could zip through it, or be a little more slow depending on how others are feeling about another round before Friday.
I'll look through my next reads for animals :)

I can probably read a third if necessary too.

Looks like my M will be finished tomorrow. I’m really enjoying the book, but it’s taken me half the book to understand all of the characters! I think it will flow more easily now.

That's cool. I like watching the cheer competitions. My daughters were not competitive dancers - they were in a studio that did not go to competitions. Their favorite was modern, but one enjoyed hip hop and the other musical theater and choreography. The one who was interested in musical theater is still dancing - modern - and is the dance captain for the musical at college.

I would say there are wheelish type things on the cover - a tire, the typewriter has reels (kinda like wheels?)

That last one came up on my library's audiobook page, and I said, an O! and so started it.
I should have the three done by the end of the week.

The biography about Harper Lee (I am Scout) is pretty interesting. I had no idea she was such good friends with writer Truman Capote.

Looks like I signed up for 3 books a week (flexes hands). I'm ready. I put the first 3 for next week on the planner. I'll be starting Saturday night after my niece's wedding? Hmmm... maybe Sunday morning.. . Each week I'm going to try for 2 regulars and then 1 middle grades (for my job, and for pleasure too!) - I'll check them on the AR bookfinder to make sure they are more than 40,000 words.

It's good to get those goals in writing! It looks like there will be lots of inspiration from folks here too :)

My daughter suggests starting at the "reboot." With Christopher Eccleston as the doctor. I used to watch them as a kid, and have seen a smattering of them from the newer episodes. I do love how the daleks (the bad weird alien dudes) say "exterminate" and will say that if I see an earwig somewhere in the house.... :)

I think we should all field trip to Australia! :)

My name is Melissa. I'm from Vermont and this is my second Wheel challenge. I love all of the challenges from this group! I think I was with Sehrish for Towers? The challenges really help me to focus on something I love to do - which like all of you, is to read!
I'll read mostly anything.
I'm a middle school teacher by trade :)

Our local bookstore is reading The Goblin Emperorand there is a wheel on the cover! I was very excited. I'm waiting until next Sunday to start that one.
