35559 Jessica, would you mind adding the rest of the info for Talon, Legion, and Rogue to the tracking sheet? I noticed they were only added to the main sheet=)

If you are into fantasy and audio, I would recommend Anne Bishop's The Others-series, starting with Written in Red (The Others, #1) by Anne Bishop . I have the paperback as well, but liked the narrator at Audible so much that I have listened to them all as well=)

35559 Good! Glad I didn't suffer through that 10-year old girls drama for nothing:P

35559 Glitter Girls and the Great Fake-Out Glitter Girls and the Great Fake-Out (Allie Finkle's Rules for Girls, #5) by Meg Cabot
Enough predominantly pink cover? If yes, then that task is done=)

EDIT: Checked at arbookfind; 35000 words.

35559 More by chance than anything, the audiobook I read yesterday happens to have a moon on the cover, so if nobody mind I will claim the Moon on Cover task=)

The ending was so good! Though I would have liked to continue on with Meg and Simon as main characters, they are adorable!

I haven't read the synopsis for Lake SIlence yet, but I'm guessing I will be reading that one too:P

They look like they are dancing to me but since it's small I wanted additional opinions."

Good enough for me=)
35559 Some thoughts on characters:

Sierra: Anybody else who wanted to shake some sense into this girl?! (view spoiler)

Twyla: She is a bad-ass old lady! She manages to be sensible no matter if it hurts her, as long as it is in the best interest of her kids.

I am in the middle of moving at that time, so I don't think I dare commit to so much reading, no matter how fun it seems when reading the thread=P

I think I have had a similar question in a different challenge before. If I remember correctly you can put the audio edition you read on your shelf and use that cover since it is only the page number we need from the default version. However, I would be glad if Judith doublechecks since I am not sure if that was a challenge in this reading group.

Eeeh, I see the similarities, but the coloring is quite different. I would not say yes without having a vote from the other captains.

It is the 31st of July everything ends and starts as far as I know=)
35559 The start of this book reminds me of the situation after a war or large battle (which this technically was); everybody trying to adapt to their new reality, figuring out how to move forward.

Anybody else enjoying some of the descriptions in these books? Exploding fluffballs, bunnies with teeth, howling not-Wolf etc =)=)
