Vicki, the round ends at July 10, 10pm UK time, the link is at the top of this page=) but Ashleigh and I will appreciate if people are done reading and have added their books by 8-9pm that day, so that we have enough time to move things around if needed. Just like the last round, post a message here when you know you are done reading in round 2.

Kim, can you add Thirteen Rising to your shelf?=)

Rajiv, for your book The Assassin's Daughter, I'm sorry to say you need to choose a different task, genre on Amazon isn't good enough, it needs to be main page genre (MPG) on Goodreads.

Deadline for Round 2 check-in / start of Round 3 is
10pm UK, 10 July So if everyone can check in an hour or so before 10pm at the latest, that is much appreciated by us, it will give us time to switch books around and do some final checks before the deadline.
Ashleigh wrote: "Silje did you get my message with my email address for the locked sheet?"yes, I've added you as editor. Didn't it work?
EDIT: I've added your e-mail again, perhaps something went wrong the first time. If not, isn't there a way to ask for permission to edit?

Yea it's nerdy to love but tracking progress is fun to me I believe the MODs had a more clever design on it, but something went wrong in the formula, so it is a simpler way of counting, but it works=)

I visited some of the other teams and saw that team Murder on the Orient Express has found a clever, quick way to figure out if a book is shelved on one of our tags
here.
Halli wrote: "How many questions do we need to answer for the BOM? & is it too late for me to do it for Five Feet Apart? I didn't even realize it was a BOM when I started reading it."You have to answer at least three sets of questions (DQs) for it to give points. The BOM stays open after the read-along, so answering the questions now isn't a problem=)
Vicki wrote: "Silje wrote: "Vicki, you've used the narrator for Heidi's Guide to Four Letter Words. Did you listen to the audio? We can't use the narrator (or translator for that matter) unless it was the audio ..."Yes, it can get confusing. I think that if we shelf the edition we read (or read/listen to the most), we're good. Since the use of the narrator as a reason is dependent on having listened to the audio, we need a message here or a note on the sheet if you have used audio but shelved another version (such as when you both listen and read). The same goes for using the translator.
I did realize though, that I most likely read the wrong line in the sheet for reason on that book (I'm pretty sure I read N: Elizabeth (Knowelden) and not Andi Arndt) and commented based on that, so if my comment confused you even more I'm very sorry!
Ashleigh wrote: "I think if you read an audiobook, you use the default edition so that's usually the edition that comes at top of the list when you look at other editions."I think you can shelf the audiobook edition (we have to use that one for cover tasks), but we use the page number from the default version. At least that is what I usually do=)

Halli, I used task 163, #2 in series, for Crown of Midnight. If you want to use another task instead, let me know=)
Kim wrote: "Silje wrote: "Kim, I chose task 135, one-word title, for Pretties, let me know if you want to switch it to 163, #2 in series. I also moved it to Y, as the main character is named Tally Youngblood=)..."It was a bit funny, I noticed it right after I wrote the post about needing Y-books=P

Vicki, you've used the narrator for Heidi's Guide to Four Letter Words. Did you listen to the audio? We can't use the narrator (or translator for that matter) unless it was the audio (or translation) used. I just ask because you've placed the Kindle version on your shelf, not the audio=)

Kim, I chose task 135, one-word title, for Pretties, let me know if you want to switch it to 163, #2 in series. I also moved it to Y, as the main character is named Tally Youngblood=)

I've marked tasks used in round 2 with red on the task tab, in order to be able to see which tasks are used for which round. I ask that you don't make changes to the tasks already marked for round 1 (blue), as they are "locked" and we need to keep an overview over which tasks have been used and not by each person=) One of the other teams lost points because a player had used the same task twice.

We're already off to a good start! Our new word doesn't have that many difficult letters, but I've noticed that Y might become challenging. Keep an eye out for characters with Y-names or title/author/series starting with Y. A tip is to go snooping on the other teams' spreadsheet and see which books they read for the letter Y;) You can find all the spreadsheets on the master sheet in one of the first posts. There you can also see the status of the challenge=)

If I've understood correctly, we can start on round 2 straight away=)

Rajiv, I've removed Last Girls from the planning sheet. It doesn't fit any letter in the new word in round 2 unless there is a character who fits. If that is the case just add the book back onto the sheet.
Edit: Same goes for Nameless Queen.

Logan, I chose task 4 yellow cover for your last book=)
