Mine, too!
I am so excited, my audiobook subscription app not only now has book 7, they have also added the dramatized versions of all 7 books. The only thing is I don't like the voice of the person who plays Murderbot as much as Kevin R. Free.

Chapters 14 - 19
11. Starling House reminded me up to a point with some vibes of Beauty and the Beast, although lesser now as the story progresses. Is the book reminding you of any other stories you have read before?
It reminds me of many books, none of which I can specifically name, which are set in towns where the residents are clearly aware of the horrible things that have and are happening but choose to ignore them and instead create these weird myths that tend to discriminate against specific people.
12. Ch 14-19 have answered a lot of questions about Opal, the house, Arthur, the history of the place and what's going on. Has anything revealed in this section been surprising to you? Does the explanation so far of everything that has happened ring true?
This part was very interesting as it answered many of the questions I had while reading the earlier parts. Things are so much clearer and at the same time, so many new things have come to light that I want more information about. I have had many “aha” moments when something has connected to what was hinted at earlier.
13. Jasper and Opal are clearly close, although he is sometimes moody and surly. He seems resentful at times of Opal going out so far on a limb to take care of him and get him out of Eden. What do you think of the character now that he has more fleshed-out scenes and more has been revealed about him and their relationship?
I am glad we get to know Jasper better and it makes more sense that his mood has been the way it has. I think that he looks at all Opal has done to get him out of town as her way of getting him out of her life. I don’t think he is aware of just how much danger Opal and he are in and I have a feeling that his resentment of Opal for that will disappear once he learns of it. That said, I wish the characters in this book would all just talk to each other and stop with the hiding of important information. This is my least favourite plot device and possibly the only thing so far that I have found to criticise about this book.
14. Arthur and Opal have heated a few things up. Do you think they fit each other well with these developments?
I kind of like them together as they seem to both be people who are in need of affection and they complement each other.
15. There is humor in the book that is overshadowed by genuinely creepy horror like tales, What do you think about Underland "beasts" revealed so far?
I have been enjoying the dark humour and can totally understand Opal’s using it as a coping mechanism.
As for the “beasts”, why do I get the feeling that they will turn out to have been misunderstood all along? One of my thoughts at the part where we learn Eleanor Starling’s advice of befriending them was that it would be really funny if it turned out they were “good guys” all along but none of the wardens had ever taken the time to get to know them and so the battle was only continuing as a result of miscommunication. Anyway, we will definitely get to know one way or the other in the following chapters.
