Keep an eye on Message 6 for updated information regarding the Mini tasks.

For Mini 1, there is a list of countries used once and used twice as per the main spreadsheet.

For Mini 2, there is a list of completed tasks that can no longer be changed.

For Mini 3, there is a list of the countries that we have completed and the countries that are left for us to complete.

You can just add them to the main sheet here:

It doesn't matter if a book doesn't fit a Mini, because the page points count anyways, and we may be able to use them later.

I have a mid-level (Colombia) for now.

Let's also try to read as many Mid and Hard level books, because we get more points that way.

You're good to go as long as your book meets one of the above criteria.

Yes. "Each player will be capped at 5 additional books over their sign up number. Books per month will be capped at 60 books, including for the 5 book overage."

Aka, the maximum number of books each reader can read is either 5 more than you've signed up for, or 60, that being the maximum number of books per reader per month.
