35559 I don't think so Nicole but I have to check the spread sheet to be sure. We'll have to wait for Karen to check in.

35559 Karen, I think read as a shelf doesn't show up by default. I can't see it for my books too. Also, river sprites is not a exclusive shelf so it has to be one of the other shelf. I can see them on her read shelf.

I know for some people it took some 2-3 books to click. It's actually a great series.

I wish. That would have been so good. But no, they are in India while we're in Singapore. We're celebrating her first birthday here hence the visit.

35559 Just a confirmation - will 13/14 November work for everyone?

35559 Sorry, I haven't posted anything in quite a while. I've been shuttling between my parents and in-laws house (they live 5 mins from each other). Both families are quite excited to see their first grandchild so they're playing tug of war :)

I'm glad the challenge finally started. I've had several books going on at once but no time to actually read them. Looks like we're off to a great start!

Aw, I hate it when that happens. I can totally understand, Jingles. I'm a very mood reader myself. Thanks for letting me know.

Hey Rebecca! You're reading a dark fantasy? :O
35559 Anytime next week will work for me. I have the book on hand - just need to finish the ones I've started for other challenges. Would next week work for everyone?
35559 I'm going to try joining this one.
35559 I loved this one but I haven't moved on to the second. If you're doing the trilogy, then I'll join for the second.

35559 I'm so glad for the BOM. I've been having this book on my TBR for a while and this has been the right push to get it off. I was looking forward to the audio as it is really good. Sadly, I don't have the time to actually listen. It's been E book all the way for me. So far it is good.

35559 DQ for Chapter Three: Imaginary Men - Interlude: The Last Mistake

Lots of happening in today's reading. I just enjoyed getting lost that I was hard pressed to stop.

15. I was a little confused. Wasn't this Don Salvara supposed to be the first noble person scam they've done? I remember reading somewhere that this line was being crossed. Was I wrong? Yet, I find the name Thorn of Camorr particularly clever. Do you?

16. So, we get the glimpse into the mysterious Spider. Do you think the black shadowy thing following them is part of Spider's? What do you think it is? ...it beat its wings and rose into the darkness in a spiraling circle, until it was up above the mists of Camorr and..

17. That was quite a move by the Gentlemen Bastards. Poor Conté’. But looks Chains didn't exactly train them in combat? I have to say I'm liking the author just for making me like the Gentlemen Bastards and rooting for them. They are almost anti-heroes.

18. Capa Barsavi doesn't look like a man that can be crossed. Swearing a fealty with a magicked shark tooth? What about Nazca Barzavi? Do you think we'll see her again with the fealty Locke did?

35559 Of course, Priscilla. Let's wait for the mods to create a thread and we can decide on a date. Are you alright with reading it in November?
35559 Sorry, I'm a little late. I'm just about caught up with the reading today. I'll post DQ in 10 mins. Working on it now.
