I am working on Kings of the Wyld - about 26% done. I'm really enjoying it so far. I really like Clay.

I have my Dutch language beginner level exam on Tuesday and then Monday next week so I'm (trying to) focus more on that. I'll be slowing down on my reading till Tuesday at least.

Congratulations on your graduation Shannon!! Hope you had loads of fun!

Yeah, it's a very small part but it's usually like family/wife is the old balls and chain, stopping the husbands from having fun etc. I hate that "joke".

Shannon, I have a question.. can I do the DQs from day 1 if we are on day 4? Or do I just do the current days? I don't want to break the continuity or the random discussions that may happen.

I've just started it, about 10% in. So far, I'm enjoying it. I like the tone, the setup is interesting. Also, I like the fact that there is no demeaning the wife or the family aspect of the life. Yeah, I was dreading that aspect.

I'm the opposite I guess. I don't often rate 4 o 5 stars. I've had only 1 5 star so far this year.

I've finished Full Package and The Party Crasher for other challenges. I'll soon be starting on Kings of the Wyld. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep up and participate in the DQs.

Also, since 3 people or so are planning to read Kings of the Wyld, will we all get the BOM points? Or is it 1 BOM per team?

We did. The sheer variety of tulips were just mindblowing. I saw around 10 different tulips with red and yellow colouring and they were somehow differentiated with different names. It's just amazing.

@Nanci @Elinor, that's funny because I just visited Keukenhof on 27 April with my guests.

I will be checking in more frequently from now onwards as some of my guests have left.

Wow, the thread exploded. Nice to meet everyone. I'm sure we will have a great time together. I looked at the mini challenges and wow, they sure are interesting. And I realized I was on Team Moonstone, 2nd round of TT. It was 8 years back and I was pregnant with my first so I don't remember much of it. I blame my pregnancy brain. lol.

@Elinor, padel tennis is getting popular in Netherlands (hi neighbour!) and I'm very intrigued by it. I should give it a go.

@Kerri, we have a small plot in front of our house and we do almost the same. Cucumbers, tomato, brinjals last year. They came out good. This year will experiment again with something new. I did pumpkin last year but it died because of slugs. I will try it again this year.

Hi everyone. I am Vi, currently living in Netherlands so a little ahead of some of you time zone wise. This is my second TT. I was one of the co-captains in TT2. I think we won that round. I had loads of fun that time and played around with Spreadsheet tracking everything.

I have two kids a 9 year old and a 4 year old. Now that my youngest has started school, I have more free time until I land a job(which seems very hard right now). If I’m not doing household or chauffeur stuffs, I’m either reading, cycling or studying.

It’s so great to meet you all. You all have diverse hobbies! I will link my shelf once I can use my laptop. It’s not possible from the app.

Sorry, Tea. I just started my new job so sadly it also cuts into my GR time.
