35559 Right now, I'm trying to find an O or I book to read. And nothing and I mean NOTHING seems to do the trick.

I even ditched Ilona and Bishop.

35559 In book number, yes, book number plus page number? That can be pretty close

35559 Okay, so, Back Room BOM results are out. The Dino 3 book ended up not winning, so, we have a MM Olympus Related one.

Winner: Wildfire by Sam Burns

Discussion link: Back Room BOM (18+)

I just volunteered for DQ's. Considering I ended up not continuing with Fluke, let's hope I stick to this one.

Honey, we can't beat Sammy on her own game. The only one that can give her a run for her money is Jenny, maybe.

35559 It's called reading motivation!

Why do you think I read like a banshee last night? It's the Chris Hemsworth effect :D

35559 On a LOL note, the only three teams crazy enough to have points so far are the 3 Trojan Siblings: Hector, Paris & Cassandra.

I'm pretty sure that will change in a near future, but I thought it was funny.

Problem is.. is 10 AM here, and I have 18 US to test. And no will to do it whatsoever.

I better have some coffee and get to it.

LOL

35559 Good morning team!

So... this is what happened last night:

9 PM: Yes, we can read.

10PM: *finally chooses a book to read*

10:30 PM: *starts reading*

00:30 AM: I forgot I liked this series, maybe I should stop for the night

01:40 AM: *cough attack* Oh look at the time, I need to go to bed

03:30 AM: There's still 100 pages left... I should stop

way after 5:00 AM: *fighting cough* Oh dear. What have I done. Besides finishing the book. Tomorrow is going to be bad

So yeah. That happened.

And it's going to be bad. Specially because I ran out of cough drops, meaning I spend the very short 3 something hours I wanted to be sleeping waking up.

*shakes head*

35559 I still am baffled of how we caught it, since I work from home, and we don't go out much besides grocery shopping and taking the kid to school.

Oh well. It happened. At least the boosters are helping to keep it light. If not for the cough and the slight headache, which interfere with sleep, hence being a bit tired too

35559 Yeah, Eni and the minion had being doing daily testing since mine turned positive. I tried to isolate, but they eventually caught it too.

Today Eni shared the PCR testing results with my niece. As soon as she heard the word positive she squealed and rushed to give me a hug - I guess I wasn't the only one missing them.

Kids are resilient, and she also is the one that seems to be knocking out the symptoms faster. Which is good, cause a sick kid is never a fun ordeal.
