I'm also going nuts with this waaaaait! especially as December was a pretty slow month in terms of challenges for me
From what I understand, the team will receive a list of tasks, and it's one reader per task, so no, the whole team won't have to read the same book in order to complete one task.

I'm at the office at the moment... I was given the day off on Monday, because it was Christmas Day, and then next Monday I'm off as well. Other than that, it's a regular work week, from 8 to 5
