For foods that do not fit the minimum required letters for spell out, like ham, do we need to find them through scavenger, or can we add another word to it as long as it is still below the maximum limit?

A spell it out of one letter wouldn’t be a word related to coffee so that wouldn’t work. But you could scavenger hunt the word coffee and then that is fine as one word
I hope that helps"Yes, that does help. Maximums are what is most important in spell out. Got it! 🙂
Karen ⊰✿ wrote: "Yes the minimum is how many letters you must use if doing a spell it out or how many items you must find if doing a scavenger.
You need to track everything yourself as a team.
If you watch the vid..."OK. I have watched the video again. 🙂 I just want to clarify the minimum/maximum limits for spell outs. For coffee it is 1 minimum and 6 maximum. Does that mean we cannot spell cappuccino? And if the minimum is 1, does that mean we can spell a word with 1 letter? Or am I just not understanding?

If you watch the vid..."Thanks, Karen! I have watched the video once. But I think I will have to watch it a few more times. 😁

There are minimum and maximum items listed for meals to be complete. Does that mean in order for a sandwich to be complete it has to have at least 4 items? For example, bread, ham, mustard, tomato? These items can be spelled out or found in text? Because I noticed on the spreadsheet words like carrot say complete. Is that just referencing the word, not the meal? Do we track if a meal is complete ourselves?
Laura wrote: "Geri wrote: "We read 72 books in Round 1, and 117 books this Round!"Wow, we really upped our game! Now, I just need to stop making a mental note of character names. I did it obsessively for weeks. It will take a week or so to stop.
I really enjoyed all the recommendations too! My tbr really needed more books. (Not!) 😁

I was worried I wouldn’t finish my book in time. So, of course, I couldn’t sleep and now I’m done. 🙂 only 1 book doesn’t have a task. I’m happy about that!
This was a fun round of Wheel! Our total points increased every round. We definitely challenged ourselves.
Thanks, Laura, for checking my MPGs like a million times. 😁 And shuffling things around for us!

Well, it’s gong to be close! I will try to have my books done by 3 pm tomorrow. (My time, central time zone)
It’s hard to believe the challenge is almost done. 😕 I do need a break, though. And I need my husband to stop calling me Princess Leia! He says that’s what I look like with headphones on my head ALL DAY LONG! LOL

Some library books came in for me. I will see how many I can read by Friday afternoon. They probably won’t have tasks assigned. But we will get the book points.
We may need LaurLa’s other X book that is filling an E. There aren’t many spaces left for our partial word. 😁

I decided to go with my original plan. I sampled the book. It will be a quick, easy read. And the tasks work. I am starting to run out of options.

Well, E would be easier to read for. Let me look for that instead.

Laura - It looks like we need another X book? I can read another audio read by Xe Sands.
Fire and Ice (Ice, #5) There isn’t an audible edition. But this is an overdrive edition. It does clearly say read by Xe Sands. I’ll be switching around a task. This book will work for adventure. (Please confirm) My other adventure book can also fit the honeymoon task.

One last genre check.
Johnny It should be MPG Horror. It’s at the bottom with only 2 users so I am anxious it will disappear! Thank you! 😁

Please check MPG for me.
Hurry Home should be MPG Family.
As Night Falls should also be MPG Family. (Not sure which I’ll read) And
Wicked River should be Adventure. Thanks!

There are 2 kindle covers. Does this one look brown to you?
I probably added the task when I saw this edition.
The edition I had was this one, which does look more black.

I found another character named Xavier in my current book. I’ll move the book to fill X on spreadsheet.
Laura wrote: "Geri, for The Days When Birds Come Back, I assume you listened to it, since you used the narrator? Can you shelf the audio edition, so we can use the narrator? If you need the Narrator added to the..."OK. I have the audiobook shelved. It does say read by Xe Sands on the cover.

I just finished a book that can be used for O.
Laura wrote: "Geri, you put The Silent Wife down for 496 pages, but the edition you linked on your shelf only shows 400 pages."Fixed! I’m going so fast I forget to check. One positive, though, is I have been able to assign tasks to my books so far. I thought I’d run out by now. 🙂

I don’t think I can use that feature on an iPad. I usually go to the top shelves page. Put the tag in and see what is on the list. Very tedious! I am sure you are right, Alysa. I probably did read a book with a tag we needed!
