Have we got a confirmed one for the plot element that can be linked to the district?

I searched my kindle for "textiles" and this came up in one of my historical mysteries. "you mean Monsieur Piersault? He's a manufacturer of textiles from Avignon and is on his way to visit some mills that produce silk thread. "

Reading on he's a suspect in a murder.

Funny story BOM could be used for the last one. Clothes on the cover , or characters wear clothes that are made of textiles ?

No problem. I can do an author initials I S if no one else has claimed.

I’ll also be reading g the BOM before the challenge ends Funny Story by Emily Henry. It has white writing on the cover so I’ll do that one as well.

If nobody has claimed the white cover I have nearly finished Lord Have Mercy Part 3. Put me down for that.

good books, didn't realise there were films"

The Dry (2020) and Force of Nature (2024).

The Dry is fantastic, the second one good, but the second book isn't as strong either , just my opinion.

I didn't realise that we'd missed some monsters in the earlier ones. I'll be a pain, is there a way to work out which ones we've missed?

My DIL picked it, I'm just going with the flow. With 6 little ones aged between 10 and 2 I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun.

Welcome home Karen. Glad you had a great time. Although it's good to be home, there is always holiday hangover, LOL.

I'm heading off to Fiji next Friday. The weather is 22-29 C and sunny. Luckily the swimmers still fit!
