Hey guys, I've been a little MIA for a while. I didn't realized how tired I was until the end of the school year arrived. After sleeping and catching up on everything I had been putting off, I feel like a person again.

I finished my book today that covered tasks 2-5 for Minotaur.

Don’t worry about it! It was confusing with a new mini with codes and task numbers. So many layers.

I'm officially done with the school year!! I'm so glad to have summer break. Now I'm off to get some reading done.

Hey Team!! I’m reading Tower of Dawn. I will need about two days to finish it but I just found that it has “bullheaded” the one word trick helped. So this one book could cover all of the tasks for the Minataur except for page count. (:

Hey Team, just checking in. It's been a little busy lately. Tomorrow is the last day of the school year for me. So, I'm hoping to get done early and then finish a few books.

I just finished Empire of Storms, it could cover Task 13, 14, & 15

Celia, I added Tales from a Not-So-Fabulous Life before checking in with the rules. For "middle grade" books we also have to check the page count. This one hurts because it has to be at least 30,000 words and it is 29,745... so close!

I had to remove this book. I'm sorry!

Yes, these are the starting monsters. When we complete a monster, we can get another one which will be assigned at random. It does need to be in the official sheet before we can request another monster.

For the Harpies, I'm half way through a book that fits for tasks 3, 4, and 5.

If we wanted to be loose with "feast" it describes creatures feasting on others but I don't think that is what is being asked haha.

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I have only two weeks of school left until summer and this week is my last week working with students. I think it will be a little sad but I'm also ready for a break.

I wanted to let you all know that I will be reading but may continue to not check in very often for the next couple of weeks. I work in a school and am busy trying to wrap up end of year things. My last day is June 17 and it can’t get here soon enough. Most of my paperwork needs to be in next week so really it’s a push just to June 13th.

Hey team, I'm thinking of reading The Warrior Midwife after seeing it on Tiktok (haha). I don't see a page count on this book. Does anyone know how I may be able to add that information in? It has an estimate of 335 pages on amazon.

I live in Oregon in the US and I work in the school system. This is my first year working at a school and I've loved it, but I'm ready for summer...

I signed up for 4 books a month because I figured I may be busy with end of school year things. I will read more after June 17th and can have some reserve books if needed.

Hey Pooja, did you start your books on/after Mat 15th? The reading history looks like they were shelved as started before the 15th and we are only able to count books that we start after the challenge began.

Hi Team! My name is Jen, this is my 6th (I think) Tower Teams. I was in a reading rut and decided not to sign but, but changed my mind. Tower Teams always gets me reading more!

I live in Oregon, where I am from. Last year during Tower Teams I moved from North Carolina back to Oregon. I'm finally settling in.

Mostly, I read popular fiction but I am open to trying new things.

The best books I've read this year were The Song of Achilles and The Nothing Man.
