Hey guys, I have to read a 6 minute piece today in a class. We have been doing book excerpts. This time I need something that has 3 characters. Any ideas of a good scene featuring 3 people??

I was thinking Night Circus but I can't remember a good 3 person scene. Maybe one with the twins?

Okay, I finished my goal book.

This challenge is really inspiring me to read a lot more than I was before! I think I might actually be able to catch up and meet my goal for the year!

We are in third place!

Yes, my series would work well for that. The first one and the last one have the strongest need for approval, by a charcater named Emma. So either book 1 or 6 would be good.

I'm a third of the way into Awaken which was published on the 23rd. I'm going to read another hundred pages tonight, and hopefully finish tomorrow.

I have two books that would work for this, but it will take me a couple days to read them.

When we say get I to shape, are we talking weight loss?

In my series, a character starts playing tenis and running and such. It's not a huge part of the plot, but she does get better at the game and is exercising. She doesn't lose weight, but there is an increase in physical activity.

I'm exploring Powels city of books today and it's really getting me in the mood to read!

Well, I have finished the book. So until the end I will only post responses to questions that I remember my thoughts on. (:

When I was a third of the way in, I really liked it. I continued to read until about half way when it got a little slow.

No, the break in didn't seem like part of the murder. But the idea of someone breaking in during a funeral was really sad.

Karsyn- I posted the book. I read a different book, page wise, and put that version on my self because I'm tracking my own pages read this year. So, you will have to use the page override, if that's okay (if not I can change it).

Sorry Victoria! I'm on my phone and I didn't refresh before posting. Nevermind about using the Boon for "this".

I have looked at every book I own and haven't read (about 50) and none of them start with "This". So I would probably vote to skip that one.

Also, I finished the book of the month. Should I post it or wait? I have only written about 4 sentences in one comment- and I will discuss it more but I'm planning on waiting until more people finish.

I'm glad people are talking about this. I really don't think a mom who lost one daughter woud so easily turn her back on another.

While I can kind of see believing your significant other over your sister, I also think it would be weird to completely ignore a sister after your other one disappeared,

All I'm going to say is if (view spoiler)[ Paul ends up being the killer (hide spoiler)] I am going to be really annoyed.

Finished another book, now I'm onto the next in the series. This one is about 50 pages longer. But still a quick read. I'm off to read again for a couple hours, hopefully making a dent in it.

I love my 3 day weekend!
