I have so many of those Nora Roberts two in one books that I've been wanting to pick up, so I wanted to make sure I knew which letters I could count before I did.
Oh, and I should be done with Say You're Sorry in about 2 more hours, so I should be done about an hour before the deadline. I'll post back once I finish it.

I have a question regarding bindups. Can you only use the title of the bindup for letters or can you also use the titles of the books in the bindup? Here is an example: Serena & Caine
The name of the bindup is Serena & Caine and the two books in it are Playing the Odds and Tempting Fate.
I have a lot of these Nora Roberts two in one books and I'm wondering which letters I can count.

So much better than the limited letters of Sand.
I won't be of much help for the genre points as I only have three books on my shelves tagged with Memoir on the first page and all three are centered around war/soldiers which I need to be in the mood to read about. If needed, I could try to fit one of them in.

So am I. Somehow every time I go on vacation I, without fail, end up coming home sick. I don't know if it's the close proximity to people on the plane or what, but I am glad to be home and finally feeling better.
Sorry for the lack of checking in but I'm finally going to start reading for this week. I ended up getting sick at the end of my vacation and only have started to feel better today.I'll be picking up and finishing A Dark Lure today and I had a question in regards to the main character's name. Per the blurb her name is Sarah Baker but she changes it to Olivia West. Can I still list Sarah Baker for the character name as it's her real name? Or can only the name Olivia West be used?
Ok so I unfortunately overestimated how much time I would have this week for reading. I leave for a trip to Texas tomorrow and spent most of the week preparing for the trip so I hardly had any time to read. With the flight tomorrow I should be able to get one or two books done since our flight has a layover meaning roughly 6 and a half hours travel time. I'll be able to update the spreadsheet tomorrow night with what I manage to finish.
I will have no time for reading on Friday, Saturday or Sunday but then we fly home Monday so I again will have plenty of travel time to read. Then I'm off work on Tuesday and I plan to spend the whole day reading.
So my reading for next week should be better than this week. Sorry about not managing to get to everything! Preparing for the trip just took more time than I thought it would.
Horror is definitely not my thing, but I searched my shelves and found that I do have some stuff tagged that way.So some options for me are Stillhouse Lake (and the rest of the series), A Dark Lure, Stalking Jack the Ripper (and the rest of the series), and The Last Time I Lied.

In particular the Stalking Jack the Ripper series will likely be good for the mini-challenge words.
Then I also have Into the Drowning Deep, but I don't know if I'll pick it up as I've heard it's legitimately scary and I don't know if that's what I want to read right now.
Oh and I've already read them but for anyone who hasn't, the Wayward Children series are all tagged as horror.
I didn't get to any Netgalley books last month, so I hope this month is better.Start of month:

Alright I finished A Duke Changes Everything and marked it in the spreadsheet.I will hopefully be able to read Dance for You and Waiting for You tomorrow, but I will definitely be able to get to the first one.
Ok I managed to start and finish And Then It Was You, only me a little over an hour to sneak read it at work. I'll start A Duke Changes Everything once I'm home from work as I don't have that with me.

Cait - When I was checking everyone's profiles to see what they've thought of the books they've read so far (because I can always use more books to add to my to-read list), I saw you finished Down Among the Sticks and Bones this week but didn't include it for the challenge. It would work for W for the series name. Just wanted to point it out in case you missed it/thought it didn't fit any of the letters.

I will be reading A Duke Changes Everything (works for A, L, N & T) today and then my plan tomorrow is to squeeze in short ones before the deadline. I'll pick up And Then It Was You (works for A & L) first and then depending on if I like it and have time, I'll also pick up Dance for You (only works for L) and Waiting for You (works for W & L).

I might actually re-read the Hunger Games books this weekend as they all work for the letter E and they all have Adventure as a page 1 genre.Plus I recently got these really pretty 10th anniversary editions and they're all 400+ pages meaning they're worth 40 points each.

Ok, so I think that will be my plan for this weekend and then I'll have the rest of the week to work through the other books I had on my TBR (namely Spider's Bite and The Nowhere Man).
Judith wrote: "Our word for week 3 is up!We have Beige, which has the genre bonus of adventure.
Hopefully everyone can find a lot of E’s!"
I added two books to the spreadsheet for next week that both have E's, Spider's Bite and The Nowhere Man. I'll be on the lookout for others. If anything I can continue on with the Elemental Assassin books if I like the first one in the series.
I'm having some difficulty finding adventure genre books that will fit the spell out. Lots of adventure books on my shelves, but not many that work for the letters in beige.
