No she's not the type to do that. Usually when she feels like I'm ignoring her she would scratch the chair, my handbag, my yoga mat, ... anything.
I wasn't there when it happened, so it must have been an accident. But I'm still very upset.

I see. I can understand that. "Don't fix what ain't broke," am I right? I've had the case a couple of time when an additional book to an already finished series kinda ruined the whole thing. I hope it won't be the case for you with the Yellowrock series.

It's always a good thing to know that the last book of a series are the best. Means they only get better and better the further you read. Makes me want to read them even more !

This is yet another series I really want to try. But I promised myself I would finish a couple of the UF series I started before getting into a new one. But it's taking me a while to do so. Why are all these UF series so long? lol

Thank you for checking for Heidi. I couldn't find Les petites filles modèles on ARBookfind, so I did it the oldfashion way. I copied the text from gutenberg.org into word to see how many words it had. lol. So it's about 50k. We're good.

So in the end I decided to read a couple of children's classics to score some extra points. I've just started Les petites filles modèles, a french classic. And earlier I also read a good chunk of Heidi.

I just finished my reread of Sense and Sensibility, owning us a good 55 points. Now I'm trying to decide wether I should reread Pride and Prejudice, or whether I should do the smart thing and read a book I actually haven't read yet.

I love that book. I would have reread it, but I have read it not too long ago.
Have you read Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by the same author? I really loved that one too.
