The book is pretty funny, especially if you read fantasy fiction. The move was the typical "hollywood found bestseller and made it into a move" piece of garbage. It is a retelling buy unfortunately it doesn't count for the task because it isn't on the main page.

I really wanted to like this one. The cover art is stunning. I think it was an issue of being over hyped and my expectations were set pretty high. It was good but not what I expected.
